If you're looking for an RV dump, this one isn't great. It looks like the dump station has been "repaired" but now it sticks up a foot above the ground and it was too high to drain my tanks into.

I ordered a classic roast beef meal. What I got was a double beef and cheddar meal. Which would have been fine if I wasn't LACTOSE INTOLERANT!! Not like I could just turn around. So now I'm one hungry trucker that gets curly fries for dinner.

Management needs to do a better job of delegating jobs to their employees. Cell phones are permitted during work hours and this is a major distraction which then affects customer service.

Make sure you check your bag and specify that you want your fries when you order a meal. Apparently if you don't tell them you want your fries they will not put them in the bag.

I work in the area of this store and I was super excited to get more fast food options other than Burger King. Been there many times and the food is average. My order has been messed up once and fries have been either over cooked or cold a few times. I still go there though because I love the classic roast beef.

New location clean showers and fast food inside Arby's. Not to much parking but there's other truck stop around it close by. Cat scale on site, no shop,7 diesel pumps. Def fuel on each pump.easy on and off from US highway 395 pasco Washington

I came in 12-17-22 around 10:10 am. The girl behind the counter was very rude to me. When I walked up to the counter she walked to the back as if I weren't there. She could've at least said she'd be back.But I let that slide and waited until a guy named Bryan took my order. This same girl gives me my food. I said "thank you". She didn't reply back.THEN I asked her for some sauce for my sandwich. She then tells the short lady BEHIND her to give me sauces. She was right behind the counter but didn't want to give me any service. I wasn't able to see the lady's full name but it began with an M. She might've been HispanicAs a long-term Arby's customer I feel like I've been profiled and discriminated against and am considering taking this further.
