1st time visiting this location, and I have to say that I was blown away by their cleanliness, customer service, hot fast food, and managerial professionalism. I couldn't even be upset when I realized that they forgot the bacon on my burger, to which the manager offered to remake a new burger for me even though I had eaten half of my burger. His fast service and sincerity made me just ask to have the bacon it was missing. The next time I get the urge to get A&W, I will pass up the one by my house and go here instead!

I don't normally do reviews but my family and I are on vacation and seen this a&w we were very excited but we're very disappointed. First the bathrooms are disgusting then we ordered our food we have a family of 6 so it was a big order we waited probably 20 mins for our food and it was ice cold when it came out we asked for 2 of the sandwhichs to be remade and we literally watched them put them in the microwave and I am frankly scared .y family is goingnto get sick I could have had better food at a gas station for way less money 60 dollars on crappy food I have never had such a terrible experience at an a&w before

Asked for a double cheeseburger plain regular fry I was on my way to my second job when I go to pull up my burger to eat it and it’s covered in ketchup and mustard and pickles even if you like those things, there were such an atrocious amount on there And I didn’t receive the receipt on top of I’m pregnant and trying to welcome a baby into this world. I don’t need to be wasting money on orders like this that I can’t even eat them let them know the mistake they made. I was a bit angry, but they hung up on me instead of just apologizing like they should’ve. I will be reporting to corporate this happened too many times too many people in the comments.

I had a long day at work and when I got home, hubby was disappointed I hadn't texted if he wanted anything before I came home at 10pm. So we decided to go back out after dropping my work stuff inside. I grabbed the coupons I had on the fridge. On top was A&W, sounded great, but wasn't sure there'd be one open at 1030pm on a Thursday. Google said there was 1 open until midnight, all the way across Tri-cities in Paso, when we live in West Richland. It's about a 20ish minutes drive. We figured if the times on Google was wrong we'd just find another fast food place nearby. I just wanted something different than what we normally get when I work nights and get fast food. When we pulled up, there was only a couple cars in the parking lot and all the lights were on in the resteraunt. It didnt look like anyone was in the dining room eating, so we figured the cars were probably emoyees. We got there right at 11pm, which is an hour before they close, nowhere near "last minute". The guy on the speaker seemed happy and polite. Unfortunately one of the one things I wanted, the new strawberry watermelon cream freeze, was said to be out. I was sad, but got a large root beer float instead. Everything else we ordered sounded ro be perfectly fine, we were going to have to wait 4ish minutes for my cheese curds, but I'm always willing to wait for those. So we pull up and the cashier repeats everything back to us before we pay. And then immediately get our drinks, with straws, but no spoon for my float. We didn't get a receipt after paying either. He also asked for us to pull around front to wait for our order to get done. Before we left the window I asked for fry sauce in our bag please. It didn't take long for our order at all. Probably the 4ish minutes. Someone else brought our order out. It was a full bag and right on top was my box of corn nuggets and the fry sauce. We didn't dig too much into our bag to check it as it felt like it should all be there. My husband had some fries ans they were hot, likely fresh, but stl not the best fries. Kind of soggyish. There was no receipt in our on our bag either. As were about to leave, the young man that brought our food out to us, started being dramatic about the front doors being locked ans him not being able to get inside again. He pulled and banged on the doors a few times. This was very childish. Also, the manager or night crew supervisor was outside by their vehicle and had a side/back door propped open, that was easily visible. So the hysterics was unnecessary. About 5 miles to our house I start digging for the cheese curds that we waited for. My heart sinks, there are no cheese curds in the bag. Just 2 small fries. I felt stupid for. Ot checking before we left, but just shrugged and figured I'd call the resteraunt when we got home and hope to be able to pick them up another time. Though I'm pretty sure they had the cheese curds on the order as it was said and repeated back to us, at wast 3 times, I didn't even have a receipt to look back on and double check. So I called when we got inside and the line was busy. I called over and over again in a few minute increments up until 10 minutes to midnight, 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. Every time was a busy signal. And then as my husband began eating his food, he discovered the double papa burger he had ordered was a mess and as he bit into it, it was quite spicy. He did not order a spicy double papa burger. He doesn't do great with spice either. He was only able to stomach eating about half of it, if that. I am very disappointed and sad about the service and food we did and didn't receive. It seemed like we'd be fine when we ordered and even at the window, unfortunately it was down hill from there. And I couldn't even get anything but a busy signal to make a complaint. And we have no receipt either. So why am I grading this with such high remarks because they are setting a standard that the overall experience is still at mass food chains and they didn't fail me at all.

We stopped at this KFC/A&W hoping for a quick comfort meal on the road. Mistake!Only one other customer eating in the whole place. Shoulda been a clue.I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal with mashed potatoes and gravy as the side and ranch dipping sauce.I was served a 3 piece chicken tender meal with fries, with no sauce. When I told them the order was wrong, he looked utterly confused, even though HE took the order.My friend ordered a chicken sandwich with "NO SAUCE OR TOPPINGS" she got the sandwich with pickles and mayonnaise all over it.We waited 30 minutes in an empty restaurant to get our order served wrong. The food was hot, but bland and mediocre at best. Not worth the price or the hassle. Won't be back.
