My family had a Great experience at Bamboo Mongolian Grill.
Fresh ingredients, good variety, and the cooks get it right every time.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the place was clean and welcoming.
Would definitely come back and recommend it.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful The place looked clean and tidy. The vegetable and meat station was ok. Some empty trays, some messy areas made by the customers in their greediness to pile as much as possible in their small bowls. The two men who did the cooking was incredibly friendly considering the job was nonstop. For three adults with tip it came out to 92 dollars and some change, this does not include the tip jar where the cooks work. In tips alone I spent over 20 in a place we had to fetch our own food. The food was good tho. The small soup you get with a tiny ball of rice for me was the winner. I do recommend this place. I got the large bowl and had enough to take home for my dinner the following day.

Loved the food here! Lots of options, and a very clean place. All the staff was very kind and helpful guiding us through the process since it was our first time at this Mongolian Grill place. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Pasco.

Food was really good and it was pretty fast a little expensive and the inside could be a little nicer.

Great Mongolian restaurant. We love Mongolian restaurants and this one took us back to our earliest experience. They will make it spicy for you and their coffee taste great. This will be a stop every time we pass through Pasco.

This is the best noodle place I've been to in Tri-cities. They have so many options and it never feels rushed. I've gone here many times and I always love their food. They're also affordable. The cooks always listen to you and are over all good with their customer service. They have plenty of sitting areas for those who dine in and I've never had issues with anything. I recommend their noodle bowls all the time, delicious!

I was really hoping for a good experience here, but unfortunately, the food missed the mark. It seemed like the cook added way too much water during preparation, which completely washed out the flavor. Any spices or seasoning that might have been used were pretty much nonexistent by the time the dish reached the table. It also felt like an attempt was made to cover it up rather than fix it, which was disappointing.
The staff was polite, and the atmosphere was decent, but the quality of the food needs serious improvement. A little more care and attention in the kitchen could make a big difference.
This is my favorite Mongolian grill ever. I don't have the opportunity to go all the time since I live in La Grande, OR. This grill has the cleanest food bar and cleanest seating. The food is quality tops other grills I've been too. The flavor is top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this grill over others grills in the area.

I was really looking forward to Bamboo Mongolian Grill because I love Mongolian-style food, but today’s experience left me completely disappointed.
First off, if we’re not getting the egg drop soup with a to-go order like dine-in customers do (unless we pay extra), then the price should be adjusted accordingly. Then the rice? One tiny scoop tossed into the container like an afterthought. Definitely not enough to go with a full bowl.
But the biggest issue and what totally ruined the meal was the spice. I clearly told the cook twice that I wanted very little heat. I even used my fingers to show a tiny amount, knowing there might be a language barrier. And yet, my food is so insanely spicy I can’t even eat it. After a 10-hour shift and a long weekend, all I wanted was to chill with a good meal and a movie. Instead, I’m hangry, disappointed, and my mouth is on fire.
This place might be okay if you dine in and get lucky, but if you’re taking food to go, don’t expect the same value or that your requests will be listened to. Really frustrating experience.
