Went through this am. Sunday. Lights on, screens covering windows. Saw people inside. Heading to 0700 shift at hospital. I was ignored. I honked. No response. I left and went to work. Looked online to see hours because usually open but dont open until 0700 on Sunday. The courteous response would be too open and acknowledge not ignore. I would have been OK leaving without my coffee, I was unaware of the hours. Will go out of my way to get my coffee elsewhere.

Love this coffee place. I always get the iced mocha with raspberry syrup. The coffee is strong which I really like because you can still taste the coffee even with the creamer and other flavoring you add. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes you just have to wait longer because most of the times, there's only one person on shift. But it's worth the wait.

I have been going to this coffee shop for months and have never had any problems until recently. The new girls working there have no customer service experience and aren’t friendly/welcoming. Needless to say I will be taking my money elsewhere, as a customer service worker myself, being friendly is key to maintaining customers happy.

My coffee was awful. Grounds in my coffee and they did not listen to my request for vanilla and coffee liquor to make a Kahlua latte. Worst coffee I have had. They gave it to me iced when I said hot too and had to make it over again. Very disappointed.

Never get food here... only COFFEE! And the coffee is superb. Robust flavor. If dark, roasty coffee flavor is your thing, then this is the spot! BTW it's a drive through coffee shop.

I like the Lotus, employees don't really engage with customers unless they're regulars. Which is fine.
First time going to this place with my s/o, in which I don’t tolerate sugar and she is lactose intolerant. Ordered a sugar free blended drink and oat milk blended drink, and after 16 dollars and 15 minutes of waiting for only 2 drinks we left without being able to tell which one was which because she did not label either one. Instead of turning around and going to spend more time to ask we decided to call, in which they did not bother to answer (There was no other customers at the stand before or after we left). The lady was not friendly, and hardly answered our questions we had about the drinks. Only good thing I have of note about this place is that it looks nice. For people with allergies or intolerances, be sure to tell them to label which one is which, because it appears they don’t bother to label it otherwise.

The girl working the window was by herself and there was a line of cars on either side but she had a great attitude and got everything out very quickly! I was impressed, great service.We got a bagel egg and sausage sandwich, an Almond Roca Mocha, and an iced Vanilla Latte. All were great, not too sweet and you could still taste the coffee ? overall a sweet experience :)
