Picked up sandwich live about 2 miles away got home to a soggy sandwich almost went through paper bag yuck

I will start off by saying that we typically avoid eating inside this Bruchi’s due to the grease hanging off the ductwork and the amount of grease in the air when you walk in. It is also very frustrating that They will shove all of our orders into one bag and make it impossible to carry without ripping the bag, For the price you pay, I would think they Could use more than one bag when our order typically contains at least four subs and multiple bags of fries. As far as the quality of food, it is very frustrating when the cheesesteaks look like they came out of a vending machine and were shoved into a microwave, when you order two identical cheesesteaks, and somehow they managed to put all the cheese on one cheesesteak sandwich and most all of the meat on the other cheesesteak sandwich for the prices you guys are charging. Your food should present itself better than the cheapest fast food joint in the Tri-Cities.

Ate here for the first time today. Ordered a chicken sandwich and a steak sandwich. Chicken was dry and overcooked…steak sandwich lacked flavor. We won’t eat here again. Disappointing.

The young guy at the counter barely looked up from his phone to take our orders. He had to pause his ear bud to interact with customers! He spoke barely above a whisper. The staff wears their gloves while doing everything and I'm not sure they are changing them. I tried to use the bathroom but the toilet & seat had feces on them so I opted to hold it until I get home. The food was pretty good but I'm worried about contamination with their glove use/lack of disposal.

This location has massively gotten worse. Every time I think service can't get much worse, it does!! Two stars for how consistently awful the service is. Miserable folks working this location. If you go in, the entire place feels a bit gross. It doesn't look really clean. Last time I be going here, time to try the court st. location

Ordered a Cuban, plain with mayo (thinking there could be lettuce and all that) and another burger plain. They put salami and mayo on the Cuban and the plain was fully loaded and forgot the drink. Sent teen back ONLY to ask for the correct Cuban, not worried about the rest and told “we had no way of knowing because you said plain with mayo, honestly I almost just put mayo and no meat”. Made them pay again.
