So glad there's a Bruchi's near central Pasco. We needed some more options. Salads are great, and it's in such a convenient location! It's well thought out with its accessibility.

Good food for just opening. Got orders correct and prompt. Only one comment, I know they are busy but a sweep of the floor in the kitchen. We see that mess in the drive thru. Very unappealing.
The food is OK if a bit lacking in flavor. Don't go in if you're in any sort of hurry. It took a half hour from entering the drive through to leaving, with only two cars in front of me.
At the order screen there was the longest delay I've ever had at a drive-through before they said "Sorry for the wait, I'll be with you in a moment." Five minutes later I said "...Hello?" and I finally was prompted to place my order.
After all of that they asked for a tip. In the drive-through of a fast food restaurant, after taking a half hour to complete the order.

I have been three times in the last two weeks ago and you'd never know that they just opened up. Stellar customer service, and great atmosphere!
