Had a really bad experience today. The people who took my order did it in such a bad manner. When I was ordering the person who was taking my order was doing faces just because I was helping out my mom order since she doesn’t know English. When we were waiting for our order they didn’t even call out our orders name so we waited and when we asked they did not even try to help. When we asked for ketchup they didn’t even looked at us. It just made us feel like as customers we deserved better because that’s the minimum they can do in their job.

The play area at this location is huge. My kids loved it. However, on our visit, the play room had over half of the lights on the ceiling either burnt out or off. The kids still had a good time, but it was not well lit in there and was kind of creepy. I would think that it would also be a safety issue.
Kid-friendliness: Large play area which was awesome. Poorly lit space with bad lighting which was not.

This is the second day in a row I’ve ordered extra cheese on my burger and get home and they didn’t put any cheese on my burger , how hard is it like really dude?!? Won’t be coming back to this location ever again y’all suck

This was a decent dining experience. Food was made fresh and was ready within a couple minutes. We dined in - after getting drinks for us both our food was already ready. I didn't even sit down yet when they called our name. The employees were very nice and worked hard plus they made it fun and made me smile putting a burger king crown on my head since my husband mentioned it was my birthday in a couple days. So they bowed and kneeled after they put a crown in my head (much to my surprise!) and said "Your Majesty... It was an honour to prepare your fine meal fit for the Queen herself." I was blushing and laughing so hard! Give those guys a raise!! Adrian and Jose!!! Lovely nice young men! The whopper was yummy, too!!

This is the second time they've messed up our Uber order. I ordered three meals and only got one. But we got two drinks. When I try to call to fix it the phone just rings and rings. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BURGER KING!! Absolute GARBAGE!

I love the service I receive by the manager she’s absolutely amazing I love her and I don’t even know her personally, she makes you feel loved and appreciated.
