We never go in so I can't speak to atmosphere, but the food is always 100% the best. If we come in for BK we will go out of our way to go here.

In the past this Burger King used to be the best. We couldn't wait to stop here and eat our Whoppers. Quality has gone down. Our bugers and frys were cold. Very disappointing. Sorry to say we will not be coming back.

Me and the hubby decided to get BK from this location not once, but 2xs today. We are otr truck drivers and on our 34hr reset. We had the double croissants for breakfast and they were just cold, and the hashbrowns just tasted like they were fried in some old grease. For dinner, I was like maybe different shift, different people, etc. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt and really craving a burger. We go back and get a triple whopper, regular whopper and 2 large fries. Hubby has such a disgust for mayo, when he checked his whopper there was somehow mayo on some of his lettuce, and our fries were cold. At this point, I'm like all this money we've been spending here today, I'm saying something. I don't usually complain, but this location is ridiculous. It's not like they're busy, haven't seen hardly anyone there all day. The manager came and asked me to show him where the mayo was at on the sandwich, no apology, just took the sandwich and left it at that. They did remake the sandwich and fries, but received the fries and they were not thoroughly cooked. At this point I realized there's no hope with these people. We just noted this will not be a location we visit if we have to pass through again. Don't say we didn't try to warn you guys. Good luck!

Don't go here. Maybe through the drive-thru. But don't sit inside you're going to freeze your butt off. They don't turn on the heat so that way the homeless won't hang out in there.

Rarely leave reviews but rude staff , missing orders, terrible food…to name a few are offensive to the blue collar people that work around that area. Being handed a bag and the drive thru windows shut on me then waiting till they open it again just to ask for ketchup? Horrible.

Came in at 3:00 on a Friday and there was nobody at the registers, and the cleaning stuff was laying around the restaurant. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich as a meal. The fries were very old, and the sandwich was coated with way too much mayo and tasted horrible. The coating tasted like a crap dusting from a Doritos, and it was far from crispy. This place needs real management to get it back in shape, or sell it to another franchise. The picture is the shredded lettuce... One giant chunk.

This place is gross. I eat bk in Spokane on a regular basis. The one in king city pasco should be shut down. It is so gross inside and I couldn’t even finish my burger. I was sick for 2 days
