Food was good except for old fries that get mixed with new fries. They put a sign on the bathrooms saying closed for cleaning, and didn't clean them. Waited over 30 minutes to use the restroom before I just went in to find a dirty bathroom.

This place has gone down in quality.. it was my favorite location but last few times I’ve been there they’ve messed up my order… this time.. they left out lettuce and tomatoes.. can’t even get that right, it wasn’t even busy..

The only reason we go to this place is because it's on our way home from work. Service has never been good here for a long time. And today we could hardly understand the women at the drive through and our order was wrong.

The sign on the door said they open at 5:30. At 5:50 the workers showed up and said they don't open till 6. At 6 they said they wouldn't be open for another 20-30 minutes. Another car with 4 workers was waiting too, we all went elsewhere.

I was hoping for a amount of customer curtesy. You won’t get it here. My burger was not made correctly at the BK near my home. 2 mikes down the road I realize this. To late to turn back I was hoping that they would be willing to remake this at the BK in King City near my work. I know they didn’t mess it up but they share some small measure obligation, to correct for a sister store. Manger named Ana said she wouldn’t allow remake it with receipt and sandwich. So I have to buy another burger Burger King, which leaves a very dissatisfied customer with the whole BK chain.

It's a Burger King. You get what you get. It's not 5 star cuisine but good if you're hungry.

Placed an online order at 7:47 says they been open for about 2 hours I got and pick up my order lights are off and no one inside just leave the online order off so this doesn't happen

Best Burger King I've been too. Came here two times all those time the food was good but also the staff was nice especially the cashier and the cooker with beard nice people would recommend, the chicken fries were good and Hersey pie and water cup very good 10/10

Heavy set Hispanic manager and other girl are very rude and very slow took like 10 mins for a 8 piece nugget that is already pre cooked I'm pretty sure and by far worst fast food service
