We returned to Ciao Trattoria again and had a lovely time. I got the Pasco Sour drink and my husband and I enjoyed two entrees and a side each. The food was fantastic! We were served more than I recalled so I saved some to take home to leave room for dessert. We shared a lemon cannoli and an eggnog cannoli.

Great food, nice wine selection, and great desserts, too. All at reasonable prices in a chill, charming atmosphere.

I haven't felt this close to my Italian grandmother (who lived in the kitchen) since I lost her 30 years ago. It was beautiful food perfectly presented.

A quant quiet atmosphere with an excellent assortment of Italian dishes to choose from. Service was very good, and portion sizes were large. Tax and tips included in the menu price so you know exactly what your meal will cost! A hidden gem in downtown Pasco.

My husband and I have ordered take-out from Ciao Trattoria and it was delicious and well-packed. We have also dined in and loved the quiet, intimate atmosphere of the restaurant. It's a small locale so making a reservation is recommended. The waiter was very friendly, the service was timely, and the food was 12/10. The wild mushroom ravioli and the lasagna al bolognese are to die for. The breadsticks and dinner rolls are great, too. We definitely recommend this restaurant and we absolutely plan on going back.

This place was recommended by a friend, and my wife and I decided to try it for our anniversary. We were both blown away by the food, atmosphere, and service. Everything was absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to our friends!

Best tiramisu I’ve found in the past 10 years. We ordered the sirloin and gnocchi and the fresh pasta with puttanesca and a side of meatballs, roasted Brussel sprouts and the pear arugula salad with blue cheese. Everything was great. The pasta was el dente and the steak was perfectly med-rare. Loved the simple syrup rehydrated pears in the salad and the blue cheese balancing the sweetness.
The tiramisu is nicely moist throughout and “wet” on the bottom. Just a perfect balance.

Great food in a nice small cozy, quiet and clean establishment in downtown Pasco, WA. Food was cooked to perfection and tasted great. I highly recommend this over other Italian restaurants.

Tonight was our first time here. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and looking for a new place we haven’t been to yet. It was a great experience. Everything we had was very tasty. We will be telling others to try it and we’ll be back again.

If you're looking for a truly underwhelming Italian dining experience, look no further than Ciao Trattoria. From the moment we walked in, things started off on the wrong foot. The temperature inside was uncomfortably high, making the dining experience feel more like a sauna than a cozy Italian getaway. We had to get it to go 😞.
We were seated at a wobbly table. They also state that there's a dress code but, people were wearing shorts so we were way overdressed.
As for the food — let's just say the dishes didn’t even come close to living up to the hype. I ordered the chicken, which was a major disappointment. The texture was tough, dry, and flavorless — it felt like something that had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. There was no seasoning or moisture to make it enjoyable. It was the kind of chicken you’d expect at a low-end diner, not at a supposedly quality Italian restaurant.
The gnocchi, which I was hoping would redeem the meal, was equally lacklustered. It’s hard to believe such a simple dish could go so wrong, but it did.The bread was good. My husband's Caesar salad was something that came out of a bag 😲. Just the lettuce and Caesar dressing no croutons, no cheese.
On top of all that, We were given warm water with no ice — a minor thing, sure, but at that point, the little things mattered more. We couldn’t help but feel like we were overpaying for a subpar experience.
Total score? Two thumbs down. Avoid this place if you’re craving delicious Italian food or just want a comfortable, enjoyable meal out.

Love this place & normally I’d say 4 stars to be fair. I ordered a Caesar salad & noticed a piece of blue mold at the point of finishing the also over dressed salad. The kitchen told the server it was just a piece of bleu cheese that fell onto my salad. Well, I don’t like cross contamination in any form, especially in a restaurant! So next time do the right thing & comp the salad. Fortunate for them I’m not allergic to bleu cheese.
Although I love this place, the lasagna was delish but on the salty side for my taste & the server was sweet, I’m not in any rush to go back. But the cannoli! So good…
