Went in for dinner last night, Tuesday. The place was packed! The employees were nice, never had an attitude, like I've experienced before in places that are busy, and they all seemed worked well together. The place was clean, our food tasted great (chicken nachos, veggie salad, steak burrito and chile lime quesadilla) and looked great! I like this crew, and we enjoyed our visit!

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 8:55. Get there and told it’s not ready and no chicken, whatever I wait. Keep in mind there has been at least 6 people come in and out and complete there orders. After 15mins past the promised time I ask about my order. They haven’t even started it and I get excuses of how they are out chicken again after I was told that as soon I arrived. I asked for some form of compensation or discount as the entire purpose of the online order has been worthless at this point and I’ve waited an additional 15mins. Guy in the grey shirt Who I guess is the shift lead immediately says no and he can’t do anything about it and doesn’t even apologize for his lack of ability to maintain a shift with the proper items. Will be reaching out Tuesday as I’m not satisfied with this outcome at all !!

Costa Vida delivers on freshness every time. The veggies taste crisp and the food is delicious across the board. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious which makes it a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a meal.

My favorite place to go. Friendly service great food and very clean.
Came here on a Friday night. Smelled good. Food was still hot on the steam table. I got a smothered burrito with steak, black beans, rice, and sweet habanero salsa on top with salsa verde. Added lettuce, pico, and cilantro so I had veggie salad on the side of my bowl. I could only eat half of it. Also got a taco plate, they grill the tacos on a double sided hot plate. The food was hit & filling. They had a big selection of hot sauce bottles for your table. The soda mix was perfect, not too sweet & full of bubbles. Def recommend to eat here.

I think yall don't cook your rice proper. I just gkt rice from here it's hard and slightly undercooked. I got it yesterday too, same thing. My stomach hurts.
