I think yall don't cook your rice proper. I just gkt rice from here it's hard and slightly undercooked. I got it yesterday too, same thing. My stomach hurts.

I’m not one to ever share reviews but this costa location is my absolute favorite. They remind me why I’m so in love with the food (especially the sweet pork) and their whole teams customer service is off the wall amazing. They were quick, friendly and efficient, even while busy with long catering orders they had in the meantime! Also, download the app, the deals are awesome on there! Just redeemed a free chips and queso :))

We love Costa Vida! They always make our order correctly and do a great job!
We came in to dine in around 8 pm and they where super low on food, the claimed to be low on rice but they were not one of the staff told my daughter and me they didn’t while another staff said they did have more and a look between them was exchanged and charged full price for hardly anything. They had dumped all their lemonade, horchata, and tea drinks which I went there specifically for before 830 and there was quite a busy still coming in and still dining. Will not most likely return to the Pasco one unfortunately.

We have been frequently visiting the Pasco location and have been meaning to write this review. We finally got the name of the employee who has truly made our experience beyond perfect everytime!We want personally shout out Kenzie for always greeting guests as they come in, paying attention to every detail when building orders and showing great leadership/team player skills. We feel Kenzie deserves recognition for carrying her team to exceed customers expectations. She is capable of helping guests while still ensuring coworkers are staying on task. We don't know if she is in a leadership role or not but we have seen her hard work and dedication every time we come in. It is the reason we have come time and time again.We hope Kenzie is praised for her hard work.I do want to state we have been in when she hasn't been working and not received the same quality of customer service as well as food quality as when she has been working.We look forward to enjoying the delicious food and great service when we plan to dine here again.
