Testing other related Crumbl stores, such as the one located in Kennewick, and to my surprise, none of them met my expectations either. The cookies at some locations were overwhelmingly sweet to the point of being unpleasant, while others had an odd bitterness that completely threw off the flavor. It's frustrating because the presentation is always so inviting, but the actual taste often falls flat or feels poorly balanced. For a brand built around indulgent treats, I expected much better consistency and flavor quality across locations.

Having young girls walk out by them selves to deliver curbside cookies is irresponsible and dangerous for this company to put the girls in harms way after dark, or even before.I know a few times men have called in orders as women, and when the employee walks out, there was one guy in the back seat and one up front. That could have ended badley if the girls didn't walk out together because they felt very uneasy. Expecially after seeing 2 men and no women. They should never allow women to walk out by them selves in the dark. I hope they change this policy ASAP.
Ordered a delivery through the app from this location and got 2 of the wrong cookies. I called them and got no answer, I went on the website for customer service to get help and the website did not work. I got 2 cookies I did not like at all, unfortunately they had to be thrown because no one I knew liked them. Such a waste of cookies and money.

The Benson Boone cookie is overhyped. Does not deserve all the praise, did not make me magical mystical. This cookie does not make me want to dance. Why was the cookie cold? ššš Unlike the smoking hot employees šš„µš

I was craving some late night crumble, as we all do. Went a couple minutes before closing....rude I know. But the customer service I got, was worse. It started off with one of them visually annoyed with my presence. Then talking amongst eachother about turning off the sign and locking the door. It was 955, the store closes at 10. I'm pretty sure they also gave me raw cookies, I ordered the 3 mini pack. The cookies had no form and fell apart in my hands. They tasted very raw. I ended up throwing them away, waste of 10 bucks. My kids were very disappointed that the cookies were so raw. I really hope they don't treat all of their customers this way. I was very disappointed in my visit.
