Orders are not handled as requested when we go and it’s only blizzards. There way too many employees standing around playing games; instead of actually working.
The entire location is extremely dirty, there is nobody cleaning anything and it shows. The advertising on the windows looks horrible.
What happened to the DQ of 10 years ago or more; when people had to work and had to clean the store location. When required advertising was applied to windows with care. Floors swept, tables cleaned, pop machines cleaned and the whole store as a whole. The pasco location is embarrassing and no longer a place we go to.
We now go to another location in our area because it’s clean and employees actually work and treat you like it matters.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered at Dairy Queen. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and such a genuine, sweet attitude. The customer service was top-notch, friendly, patient and incredibly attentive. If every employee had this kind of heart and energy, the world and of course fast food service would be a better place.
