I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered at Dairy Queen. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and such a genuine, sweet attitude. The customer service was top-notch, friendly, patient and incredibly attentive. If every employee had this kind of heart and energy, the world and of course fast food service would be a better place.

Staff is really nice, when I usually come in it's later at night, and that's when they typically have their rush. They do a great job at getting the orders in and food out, I've had some experiences in the past where it took a while for the ice cream to get finished, but I understand it's busy. Not sure how it works in the kitchen but I feel like they way they do it is good, but could be better. Good job Pasco. 👏

Everything was awesome but I don’t like the blonde girl, maybe work on it. The brunette with good lashes is always nice and patient, idk her name but she’s already a manager so give the girl a raise before I poach her to come work with me cuz I’ll treat her right 🫦
