Sat and waited for 15 minutes to have my order taken, parties who arrived after me had their orders taken before I was acknowledged. Walked out hungry.

The service is very average and the food is not good, the lemongrass meat has no flavor and is not marinated, and the eggrolls are not Vietnamese.

The food and drinks I have had here have been good, the service on the other hand tends to vary and can be slow and inattentive. The restaurant is cute and has been clean the times I've eaten in. I really enjoy their bahn mi, and I like the vermicelli noodles they put on it, I haven't had it that way before. The fillings are fresh and the bread is perfect. The milk teas and boba teas have also been consistently good, but occasionally a bit too sweet for me. The friend I was with did not enjoy their Pho, especially at the price point it is. Said it wasn't as flavorful as they expected. This place tends to be a bit expensive for what it offers- especially compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to that are better tasting.

Edit July 2025: I no longer recommend Ding Tea as the prices stay high, but quality of the food diminishes. The Pho flavor tastes like a flavor packet which was not the case a year ago.

Ding Tea has the best tasting pho around, but it is very much on the expensive side on average $25 for any large pho dish. They offer vermicelli bowls, rice plates, banh mi, fresh spring rolls, egg rolls, boba milk and non-milk teas.

I like the vermicelli bowls, banh mi, and fresh spring rolls. Originally, the salad rolls were stuffed with many thick cut fresh veggies, but they changed to thin cut veggies and added fried shallots which I didn't prefer.

Just had the most amazing meal at ding tea! Seriously, everything was on The pho was bursting with flavor, and the service was super friendly. If you're looking for a place that nails both taste and atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend checking it out!

I have been here plenty of times. And I have to say each time is a different experience. The Pho is amazing. I love it. The broth is great. My friend had the spicy beef noodle soup and it wasn’t as red as it used to be. I’m not sure if they’re just tweeking things here and there. The Vietnamese egg rolls were breaking apart. Like it was frozen and thawed out and the wrapper was wrinkled and then they fried it.

The waitress is the same waitress I’ve had every time I go. This young lady just seems so clueless to me and has no sense of urgency. Her greeting was bland and she checked on us once. The wait for the food is long. People were waiting long for just bubble tea. The cooks and I’m assuming the owners were having full blown conversations in front of customers it was just embarrassing. Talking to their workers saying that they gonna hire someone else because nobody wants to work. It was very cringe to see and to hear. The lack of professionalism. Like I said the pho is great. But I will probably not ever go again and I go there a lot. The service and the atmosphere was just bad.

Was feeling under the weather and also had a craving for shrimp. Got the veggie soup, the coconut shrimp, and a mango tea to-go. Everything was absolutely delicious and sat well with my stomach. The soup was hot and spicy so I felt my sinuses clear up.

It seems like the grill hasn’t been cleaned at all. The food is blackened in color. I tasted a little, and it has a burnt and ashy flavor. There’s black ash all over the rice as well.

Ordered 50% sugar milk tea with golden boba. They did not have golden boba which was fine, but they used brown sugar boba which ended up making my drink unbearably sweet. Even the milk tea part was definitely over 100% sweet. I couldn’t even finish it. If you guys don’t have golden boba, take it off of the menu. And compared to other Ding Tea locations, the sugar level is way off

Got banh mi and boba milk tea for lunch, the bread is stale and chewy, boba balls also taste old, but the milk tea is fine.

Look. It's Pho. Small bowl of soup should never be 16$. So if you want to charge a lot don't use the cheapest and lowest quality ingredients you can find. The profit is already very good. Rice noodles should not taste sandy. No garlic no green onion. One tiny sliver of jalapeƱo. And a few Asian basil leaves is not excusable. None of this costs much. No the tariffs aren't hurting you. You are just cheap. The pepper seed oil. How could this be poor quality too. Where did you find pepper seeds in oil with no flavor or heat??? This is a Vietnamese restaurant. So why do I order a Vietnamese coffee and get a coffee that tastes like a iced mocha mostly ice with a Colombia bean espresso shot??? Did Vietnam stop growing beans and you forgot how to make real coffee?? Embarrassing what people do to make a buck really.
Look. The coffee and soup taste OK. It's not bad. It's just cheap quality at a stupid price.

The ramen and gyoza soup was savory and delicious along with and order of fried egg rolls! The service on the other hand was kinda slow and we didn’t get a server for at least 15 minutes.
