Bad business ethics here. The waiter an olderan doesn't know how to take orders. I said no onion I get my bowl of pho which was 23.00 WITH onion. Anyway it's fine I just fished them out. I get my bill and they charged me .99 for customizing my soup to take out the onion they put in! I didn't finish my soup cause it tasted like onion. There was more onion than noodles! This place must be struggling or something. Will not be coming back.

Great staff, nice place. Tea and boba were good. Unfortunately the soup was not. Would recommend for drinks for sure!

I’m soooo disappointed with the service I received today. The front cashier appeared visibly annoyed, did not greet or acknowledge us, and communicated in a very short and unclear manner. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Definitely not going back, lost a loyal customer.

Ding Tea has truly gone down hill. What started out as good portions and taste has dwindled to subpar. What a shame! $23.00 for the rib and beef pho. They used to give you a dinasour rib where it hangs outside of the bowl but now, it’s nowhere near the same amount of meat. The service was fine. For the amount of money, I think I’m finally done with them.

When they first opened it was great and it was mostly consistent in the food, with great service. Once a week we would take our family. The inconsistency in the food went up as well as the prices. We still tried to come and as it continued to not meet expectations it’s like little disappoint after another with out redemption anywhere..they had it in the beginning we stopped going. vermicelli bowls always had different ingredients lacking vegetable or two, along with fresh rolls changed items…Last time we were in we ordered steak bahn-mis, they came out soggy on the bottom soaked in sauce. We took a big break tried again a today, pho came out not hot noodles not fully cooked not hot enough to cook the noodles more. Bahnmi had tomatoes and never did the 12 times prior, with out marinated beef, bahnmi mu buns that use to be so soft with a light crunch outside was hard and crunching crumbs everywhere…the beef taste different in the pho than usual and overall this place has sadly went down hill. It was great when they started the consistently in food and cuts of food, is truly lost, we continued to try. We did take out a few times came home with no noodles for pho, then came home with no fish sauce another time… only to come back to get it with no apology. We are now done coming here

Overall very good food . I’ve been ordering their spicy beef noodle soup for a long time. I’ve noticed its broth has became very salty. I already told this to the server and she said I was not the first one who complained about that. I’m looking forward for them to improve on that, but regardless the food is very good. I will change to five stars if they’re able to fix the salty broth .

Sat and waited for 15 minutes to have my order taken, parties who arrived after me had their orders taken before I was acknowledged. Walked out hungry.

The service is very average and the food is not good, the lemongrass meat has no flavor and is not marinated, and the eggrolls are not Vietnamese.

The food and drinks I have had here have been good, the service on the other hand tends to vary and can be slow and inattentive. The restaurant is cute and has been clean the times I've eaten in. I really enjoy their bahn mi, and I like the vermicelli noodles they put on it, I haven't had it that way before. The fillings are fresh and the bread is perfect. The milk teas and boba teas have also been consistently good, but occasionally a bit too sweet for me. The friend I was with did not enjoy their Pho, especially at the price point it is. Said it wasn't as flavorful as they expected. This place tends to be a bit expensive for what it offers- especially compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to that are better tasting.

Edit July 2025: I no longer recommend Ding Tea as the prices stay high, but quality of the food diminishes. The Pho flavor tastes like a flavor packet which was not the case a year ago.

Ding Tea has the best tasting pho around, but it is very much on the expensive side on average $25 for any large pho dish. They offer vermicelli bowls, rice plates, banh mi, fresh spring rolls, egg rolls, boba milk and non-milk teas.

I like the vermicelli bowls, banh mi, and fresh spring rolls. Originally, the salad rolls were stuffed with many thick cut fresh veggies, but they changed to thin cut veggies and added fried shallots which I didn't prefer.

Just had the most amazing meal at ding tea! Seriously, everything was on The pho was bursting with flavor, and the service was super friendly. If you're looking for a place that nails both taste and atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend checking it out!
