Domino’s always provides me with a great experience. One time, they made a mistake with my toppings, and to make up for it, they gave me coupons for **five** free XL pizzas—an incredible gesture! I’ve never had another restaurant go above and beyond like that. I wish I knew the manager’s name to personally thank them!

I broke my toe at this location and they in return gave me a free two topping medium pizza. I have yet to reach the same level of bliss. My therapist told me to relive that day whenever I feel down or depressed so I’m constantly thinking of the delicious cheese and buttery crust those toasty pepperonis and glistening bell peppers, I think of the employee that helped me up and how his epic sideburn rubbed against my cheek and like two hands clasping to recite a prayer, him and I ascended ever closer to the almighty, together. One star.

After years of ordering our favorite Friday night treat dinners here nearly every single week for years, I thought I would ask my husband to call in an order today since we both had a pizza craving. We also needed a pizza box to transport the dessert that we made as a special surprise for our friend’s birthday party tomorrow, and thought we could purchase an extra box along with our order. I suppose I should have just gone to WinCo in the first place, since Dominos cannot be bothered with small requests like a spare cardboard box. The boy that spoke with my husband left him on hold for more than 3 minutes to speak to the manager, then came back only to tell him, “No, we can’t do that.” Wouldn’t even let us pay for the cost of a box. Not even an affected tone of concern for customer service on his end. He promptly asked my husband if he would like to go ahead and place his order. Not tonight… lost that craving.

I order dominos pizza SO often, I recently moved near THIS dominos and now Im thinking about changing my "favorite pizza place" ... They have either burned my food or gotten the order wrong every time. And this last time, they wouldn't even replace my order, accusing me of lying. I wouldn't recommend this spot to anybody!
