Ordered today at 2:51 PM, a delivery order was never received. They never called me either. It's the 1st time this happens to me after the 4th or 5th time ordering there, smh. It's already been 2 hours that passed; it's 5:15 PM now.

With everything going on in my life I can always get amazing customer service from Amber and Corbin that usually deliver my pizzas and whenever I had a problem with my order Corbin would correct it in 10 minutes or less and made sure everything was perfect for me and they load up my pizzas and side orders with some times extra prices of food and I always appreciate them asking me about my day and now I always have a better day when they deliver and it's a shame I can only give them 5 stars when they deserve everything lol

I purchased a local fundraiser coupon book, this store (although the address and phone number to this store are printed on the back of the coupons) refuses to honor them. They said there is nothing they can do about it. Why would Dominos put coupons for this store if they won’t honor them?

The pizza was horrible,as was the wings.the wings were over cooked amd tasted like it was burnt.the pizza was very soggy and was not baked correctly. I asked for my food to be redone,and they refused.this happened at the pasco location. I wasn't even asking for my money back,just for it to be done correctly. So for that, I'll go amd by my pizzas and wings elsewhere. I work hard for my money,and my family, especially my two kids deserve better
Ordered 2 pizzas online, my email said it would be ready in 15 min. I checked in and waited for 20 min on curbside pickup. I finally went inside and they told me it would be another 30 min. They never answered their phones either

Worst dominoes I’ve ever ordered from, they always forget something, pizza is cold,uncooked/doughy, drivers can’t ever find my location, associates are hostile, rude, lazy. I called the store and the associate answered aggressively and came off hostile. They cancelled my order after sitting on the street for 12 minutes, right in front of my building especially, never entered the complex, I get it was close to closing time but some common sense and a little compassion can go a long way, dominoes can take my money but not deliver my pizza? Guess I’ll have to switch to Pizza Hut since dominoes can’t figure it out.

I am having a bit of a hard day and the manager/staff were so helpful and now I have pizzza left over to feed my daughter betwern all the appointments and dance after school. Thank you. The pizza was called an Extravaganzza with everything on it and so good!

They won’t answer the phone to take orders an hour before they close!! If it says open til 12:00, they should at least answer the phone an hour before closing. Horrible service!!!

Had my order already placed when i got a call from dominos saying they had closed early due to lack of sales so they couldnt make my order... It's understandable lol but i had used some points in that order which I never got back after dominos canceled my order!
