I purchased a local fundraiser coupon book, this store (although the address and phone number to this store are printed on the back of the coupons) refuses to honor them. They said there is nothing they can do about it. Why would Dominos put coupons for this store if they won’t honor them?

The pizza was horrible,as was the wings.the wings were over cooked amd tasted like it was burnt.the pizza was very soggy and was not baked correctly. I asked for my food to be redone,and they refused.this happened at the pasco location. I wasn't even asking for my money back,just for it to be done correctly. So for that, I'll go amd by my pizzas and wings elsewhere. I work hard for my money,and my family, especially my two kids deserve better

Ordered 2 pizzas online, my email said it would be ready in 15 min. I checked in and waited for 20 min on curbside pickup. I finally went inside and they told me it would be another 30 min. They never answered their phones either

Worst dominoes I’ve ever ordered from, they always forget something, pizza is cold,uncooked/doughy, drivers can’t ever find my location, associates are hostile, rude, lazy. I called the store and the associate answered aggressively and came off hostile. They cancelled my order after sitting on the street for 12 minutes, right in front of my building especially, never entered the complex, I get it was close to closing time but some common sense and a little compassion can go a long way, dominoes can take my money but not deliver my pizza? Guess I’ll have to switch to Pizza Hut since dominoes can’t figure it out.

I am having a bit of a hard day and the manager/staff were so helpful and now I have pizzza left over to feed my daughter betwern all the appointments and dance after school. Thank you. The pizza was called an Extravaganzza with everything on it and so good!

They won’t answer the phone to take orders an hour before they close!! If it says open til 12:00, they should at least answer the phone an hour before closing. Horrible service!!!

Had my order already placed when i got a call from dominos saying they had closed early due to lack of sales so they couldnt make my order... It's understandable lol but i had used some points in that order which I never got back after dominos canceled my order!
Tonight 6/12/24 we worked late and decided to give Dominos a call for some pizza! WOW - the pizza was perfect! Cooked well, nice and crisp bite! Thanks Dominos!!

Ordered custom toppings and pizza sent incorrectly. They had to remake and deliver it again. It was pretty doughy. If you add extra cheese and additional toppings it may help to cook the crust first. Tried cooking it in the oven for an extra 15 and still tasted undercooked.

I ordered a pizza and some tater tots today from these people. Also a free pop they delivered it but the free pop was forgotten or accidentally dropped off to somebody else. I called right away. The gentleman at the store said he was gonna have it sent right back to me the girl that delivered it called me and said she was gonna bring it back to me what she did, I’m very happy that they did this because a lot of places would not do that for you anymore. Lots of kudos to these guys for a good job.

Tried the new NY style. I get that it's supposed to be thinner and kinda droop a bit, but this is a bit much. The slices were falling apart. Had to pick up what fell off with my hands. Whoever cuts these things needs to do better becuase I have to cut them extra to get them apart most of the time.

We normally go to a different Domino's location to pick up our regular pizza but we tried this location because we had been shopping by this location. However when we got our regular pizza it didn't taste anywhere as good as pizza normally tastes..... Which I figured they use the exact same ingredients but it was not very good at all actually......
