I went to this stand yesterday and the girl taking my order had sunglasses and brown hair.. to start off she was very rude dare to say bitchy and in the middle of me saying my order she cut us off and decided to yell at her employee inside and also yelled at us to scoot up. I really despised her she was extremely rude.

The shark attack was BOMB! Chill atmosphere in the kitchen and seems to always be like that too.

I love this stand and their drinks but the girl who opens is very rude and dismissive. She does not speak to you the entire time and instead huffs at you like an inconvenience. If your drink has anything customized, chances are she will NOT make it and will instead wait for you to decide on something else. If I see her in the stand, I drive off.

I think this location needs some new baristas. They seem to think it's funny to give people who put dairy free or sugar free the wrong one. It's not funny giving someone dairy who specifically orders it otherwise or when someone puts sugar free options to put the regular ones instead.

3 employees were talking to a car for 7 to 10 minutes. The line was getting backed up. We moved forward to prevent backlog. No one took our order and instead grabbed the car behind us. When we got to the window, we let the staff know they missed us. The staff at the window then wrongfully accused us of cutting and refused to take our order. It was awful customer service.

This is the slowest Dutch I’ve been to. They favor one side and a whole line of cars will go through before 1 goes through on the other side. Ridiculous!

I was on the phone with my pregnant sister as she went to go buy a tea. She ordered a large black tea with sugar free peach and strawberry. She scanned her app and the girl asked if she wanted to use her points and my sister said well I ordered a large so if I can great and if not no worries I will pay for it. The girl acted very confused and just said go to the window and he will help you. When getting to the window the guy gave my sister a medium drink and when my sister said she wanted a large he began to argue with her about the size of her drink. She was frustrated and just drove away instead of arguing. As she drove away she took a drink and realized her drink was made wrong with green tea instead of black tea. At this point overly frustrated turned around to get back in line (mind you there was one window open and over 6 cars in line both times) when getting to the first girl she explained that the drink was wrong and she again was acting very confused and said again to tell the guy at the window and he will figure it out. Got to the window a 2nd time and the guy again wanted to argue saying my original order was supposed to be a Medium at this point she didn’t care she just wanted her tea to be made correctly. I know she will never go back and I will not be either. Very rude and unprofessional staff, the young man with wavy brown hair should not be talking to customers the way he does.

Literally waited in line just to have the wrong drink went back to get it fixed waited again and was argued with about the size when I just wanted what I asked for and it was to much for them to fix it. Worst customer service ever! I really hope the guy working there nights with the wavy top long hair isn’t a manager because he really needs training in customer service!!! I will never come here again or even recommend Dutch bros after this experience! And honestly how can you mess up a dam TEA!!

Pulled up to the window to get a drink from burden store. Employees looked at me continued to talk didn’t make a move to come to the window. Waited another minute, another look direct eye contact with me back to talking. I went ahead and left but when did people become so disrespectful. I will just go to another coffee shop no biggie but I thought the chipper personality was supposed to be a part of the service? Clearly not today

The staff have always been friendly and the drinks have always been excellent. I always order an iced golden eagle. I love this location when I have to pick up groceries.
