Ended up double paying for my order, even after showing the barista my card history showing I paid for the order already. $60 for four drinks felt like a major rip off. I’ve always had a good experience with Dutch Bros so this was a major bummer.

It's November which is the month for Pumpkin, stopped by for your pumpkin latte and the young lady said your not carrying it anymore. Highly disappointed because this is the month for pumpkin 🎃.

Gave dutch one more try after they messed up a few orders. I’m a veteran as well. They took 50 cents off on Veterans Day. Made the drink wrong, last the girl at the window had an attitude that would rival my 3 year old! Recommend wake up call supper friendly!

This dutch is right down the street from me so its the most convenient one but I usually avoid it...the people dont acknowledge you half the time and when they do the attitude is strong. I used to look forward to getting Dutch but now I either avoid it or go to Starbucks. Not to mention if you want specifications it always seems to be a hassle to staff. I seriously hope service improves because this morning the lady was super aggressive.

Ever other Dutch has AMAZING customer service. This Dutch off 68 is not good at all. Half the time they don’t acknowledge you at all and are only talking to each other about drama that’s happening at work. The other half they just ignore you completely. I was so excited for the online order to start. I thought that new feature would make up for the horrible service. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Today was the final time I tried it at this Dutch and I won’t go back again. I ordered before 7am and I got there at 725 and they hadn’t started it yet. They don’t start it until you get there. AND when you pull up for your online order they act like you are an inconvenience when they finally acknowledge you! Every other Dutch in the Tricities has great service. Get it together Pasco!

I went to this stand yesterday and the girl taking my order had sunglasses and brown hair.. to start off she was very rude dare to say bitchy and in the middle of me saying my order she cut us off and decided to yell at her employee inside and also yelled at us to scoot up. I really despised her she was extremely rude.
