I don’t understand why their drive-through line takes so incredibly long even if you order nine cars before the window you still don’t get your drink until you get to the window. This is the only one I experience this with unfortunately I live in Pasco

I went to dutch today and had the worst experience. I usually love going here and all the employees but one particular employee in general is just always so rude, Not helpful and gives off a creepy vibe and never makes my drinks right, When i drove off he gave me a gross disgusted look. I asked for a drink with whip and drizzle and didn’t get either but still payed for it. I ended up asking another employee what his name was and it’s brian. Everyone else is super nice and hard working but just one person can ruin your whole day.

horrible service we were the only person in line and we waited for 10 mins just at the window and the people working still didn’t attend us and just left us there waiting until we had to ask if we can finally order and when we did, they just thought that we had already ordered when nobody else was behind us and nobody else had ordered and they were too busy flirting with each other and they were just all like all up on each other kept looking at us and still didn’t make any drinks regardless if we hadn’t ordered And also when we ordered the lady was being so mean and she kept giving us attitude she was so moody and bad attitude and messed up our drinks after we repeated them like five times to her we asked for drizzle and we still didn’t get drizzle we asked for Boba and we still didn’t get Boba and still paid for it horrible service.

I went tonight 8/23/25 at 10ish before work. There was a long haired girl at window and a guy with black hair on the far left, When i pulled up they gave me a nasty look and made remarks about how my drink was difficult. All i got was a medium iced drink sugar free. The girl was also very snarky, Not very friendly. Worst customer experience i’ve had there. It’s usually my go to place but not anymore, Seems like it’s gone down hill.
I give this a one star rating as not once or twice but 3 times my Hawaiian rebel has tasted like coffee. I’ve gone back each time and have asked nicely if they can remake my drink, as a Hawaiian rebel should not taste like coffee. They’ve made it every single time I’ve asked but today I went back and they remade it for me, it tasted bad once again. They need to clean equipment better because this should not be happening as consistent as it’s been. I didn’t even bother asking for them to remake it because they’ll probably make it wrong again. I spent 30$ just for them to not make my drink taste the way it should.
