Bruh it takes hella time just to get a drink all the time that i go to the one in Kennewick the girls there are hella fast and it doesn’t takes that much and I don’t think they’re putting attention enough I bought a strawberry shake for my wife and they got us a strawberry smoothie instead

My wife and I have had excellent experiences with dutch bros over the years never disappointed with the service the atmosphere the the drink artists that work in this facility are friendly cheerful courteous polite the price of the beverages are excellent as well as the beverages dutch bros is my ultimate be beverage to go get hot and cold beverages love this place

Was over charged for drinks due to how the kid entered our order and when I asked about it was told that’s just how our system works.

We had ordered two drinks initially. When we get to the window my husband realizes that there are dulce de leche drinks, so he asks if he could get one. My husband is apologetic when ordering. This occurred 9:50ish AM. It was a light skinned Mexican female, an African American female, and a white male. The African American female and light skinned Mexican female rolled their eyes when my husband requested this drink. The the three of them proceeded to make fun of the drink my husband order by calling it a douche drink, which was highly offensive as we are two gay men. Correct your employees. I’m using skin color, race, and gender to identify these individuals because I did not capture their names. This is exactly why I never stop at Dutch bros.

i literally hate this location they are sooo dumb i went yesterday and the guy didn’t even asked if i had the app (they usually do) and left in a rush and then he has the audacity to fake scan it like wth you could of just told me like mature up and i had spent so much money.

tired of this location they be flirting up with dudes out in their car then go up to the window &continue while theres cars in line then i always ask for handblended extra thick and they give me some half a. $$ blended drink (by the time im at the light its halfway watered down i should of ask for an iced at this point) and they get mad when i ask them to remake it. they roll their eyes like they giving it to me for free. they need to learn from clearwater location.

I love Dutch Bros but today I had a semi bad experience, they greeted me and were really friendly but I feel like I can’t order my drink anymore :( I ordered something sugar free and I just over heard the girls making it that it was a pain in the ass drink to make. I didn’t mean to make their job more difficult I know it gets busy and I understand but I just feel like I gotta order the usual stuff now.

This location is one of the worst for having long lines that don't move. They don't move their line even when it's backed up out into the road. they will leave large gaps and continue to walk back taking more orders without having the cars pull forward. every time I come here they have friends in the line too and so they will sit at the window and talk to their friends at the window for several minutes while there is a long line of about 20 cars in it. This place has no urgency. Is terrible with the customer service.
