I was at the Van Geeson location this morning at 7:58 AM. I had a complicated coffee order and when I got to the window, I asked if I could taste the coffee before I left. The guy said no you can’t give it back. And so I took that if there was a problem with the coffee they weren’t going to fix it. So I took a coffee and drove away. It was absolutely the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I took two sips and didn’t drink anymore. Since they won’t fix a coffee that isn’t fixed correctly, then they don’t have to worry I will never come back again.

A new location of this company recently opened neat me, and I know someone who buys beans from this company, so I thought I'd give it a try when I was driving by their original Pasco location. I tried an Americano, was not very good. Either the beans were going bad, or the coffee had been sitting for a while, or both. Sad, because I know the company makes beans that make good coffee. Too bad it's not available at their actual coffee stand.

I'm passing on this coffee shop in the future. I pulled up today and it took the lady working there 5 minutes to acknowledge us and then she was pretty short and not very welcoming. Usually they will say hi and let you know they will be with you in a few minutes, but not today! Then I was charged an extra 50 cents for flavoring and an extra dollar for a little half and half. Total price was $7.35 for a 24oz iced Americano. Much more expensive than almost everywhere else and poor service on top of it. Plenty of other coffee shops around that believe in customer service and reasonable prices.

Over a year ago, I used to live in West Pasco and would go every now and again and get a Twisted Sister when it was the former coffee place. Having moved to the other side of Kennewick, I don't get over much and just didn't realize until recently that the coffee shop had switched owners. 😳 I still had a free drink card from the former shop, and the young man said they would honor it. (That doesn't always happen these days.) Sad to say this kind of customer service is very rare, and that was a HUGE blessing to me, and I greatly appreciated the kindness. 😊 His attitude and his spirit were also very refreshing. Not to mention, when your drink lid has a personal message on it. That just made my day. Thank you, and God bless. 🙌✝️💚
