Over a year ago, I used to live in West Pasco and would go every now and again and get a Twisted Sister when it was the former coffee place. Having moved to the other side of Kennewick, I don't get over much and just didn't realize until recently that the coffee shop had switched owners. 😳 I still had a free drink card from the former shop, and the young man said they would honor it. (That doesn't always happen these days.) Sad to say this kind of customer...
Your employees did such a great job today. So kind, nice and working hard. Loved my iced canela oat milk latte. Someone accidentally dropped her drink and employee was kind to customer and told her it was ok.
Best coffee I have had in the tri cities no doubt and the service is really good and the baristas are very nice!
