Good drinks but absolutely the slowest coffee shop in town. Even when they come out and take orders while in line. It’s painfully slow. I’m speaking of the Pasco location.

Jan 1st, the closer was an absolute beech. She sound annoyed the whole time and gave us lots of attitude. Like woman it’s your damn job and you are a bad rep of the company. Everyone else there give great service.

My go to coffee spot in tri. I’m a regular at their Pasco location and all the baristas already know my drink before I get to the window. Perla always has a smile on her face no matter how early it is! She always makes my mornings a little sweeter!

This establishment did not disappoint! I love supporting local and when this one opened in West Richland, I was beyond thrilled! The atmosphere was great, clean, friendly, an excellent place for doing homework or work, and the baristas were friendly and made me feel welcomed 💕They had a small but good selection of baked goods and foods. Let’s talk about some serious deep, rich, and bold flavor coffee. The coffee beans definitely set them apart and its richness is like no other ☕️Support local! Highly recommend this place even if you’re not local because it is worth it! 😊

Alejandro was amazing at the customer service, he new his menu items, he overcame my objection of not being able to have bacon, on my sandwich choice (awesome employee). Food and Coffee were EXCELLENT......I am a coffee snob LOL....it was so good that I bought gift cards to hand out our community to prospects.

This place is in a league of its own. I came to town visiting and it was one of my favorite parts of the trip! The breakfast burritos are absolutely TO DIE FOR! Do yourself a favor and order one of those.
