Great Harvest Bread Co.

Quality of meat on sandwiches seems to have gone down. There was so much fat on the Rueben and Western beef we ordered. I couldn’t even finish half of my Reuben.

Ive always loved Great Harvest's bread and treats, but the most recent experience prompted me to leave a review. Google and the sign on the door say the Pasco location closes at 6:00. My husband tried to order a sandwich at 5:30 and the employee said that sandwich orders are not taken past 5:20. Screens were off as well. I asked if salads were an exception...they are not. The only thing they sell after 5:20, apparently, is bread. Very disappointing. We went down the road to Jimmy John's instead.

Dudley & I shared a cold sandwich here. At first they were not going to let Dudley stay. Until they saw his vest. Now we are all happy. Thx.

Absolutely incredible food and bread. Had the apple bacon grilled cheese sandwich, which was fantastic. Also bought some challah bread and cinnamon rolls, and I must say it was some of the best bread and best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had.

Guy at the counter today made my visit awesome! He was really kind and went above and beyond for my short time in the store.

I like the sandwiches, etc. But they really don't allow you time to look around and decide what all you may want. Ordered my food and a lady started making it right away. Then I proceeded to look around. Wanted bread, possibly treats for coworkers, trying to decide. In the short length of time it took to make a to go sandwich, the worker behind the counter asked me 4 times if I was done. I was the only customer. I put everything back down, paid for my sandwich and explained that if she allowed people to look around she would probably sell more. I bought my sandwich as all she did was laugh at me. Not a good customer service experience today .

I ordered the turkey pesto panini and it was absolutely amazing! Great customer service as well! I highly recommend!

I spent 11 dollars on a sandwich that fell apart and couldn’t put it back together. So sad with how expensive things are and you get sloppy mushy sandwich . Will never eat there again.

Usually I love Great Harvest but there are times I am very disappointed. This sandwich had undercooked bacon and the cheese was barely melted. The employee working hardly spoke and touched the register with a gloved hand! Thankfully she tossed the gloves before going back to make our food but I question what is on their register now....contamination isn't a joke nor is undercooked pork. Managers/owners you may need to retrain.

Just found out you had a store in Pasco . Doesn’t have as much as the main store in Kennewick but has enough . Great service .
