Pulled up to the 'wrong' window and was rudely told it was the walk-up window and I had to go to the other side. Nobody even there but yet they wouldn't even help me without being on the other side of the trailer...so, no thanks, I went elsewhere! Apparently, they aren't too concerned about getting or maintaining customers. From out of town and never been there and obviously will never be back! Good luck of that's the way you're going to treat customers!!

This has been one of my husband’s and my favorite spots to grab coffee several times a week. Unfortunately, we’ve decided not to return moving forward. While occasional poor service can be excused as a bad day, there has been one barista, I believe her name is Amidie, whose behavior has been consistently unwelcoming and at times outright rude. On more than one occasion, I have even overheard her speaking poorly about customers waiting in line.
It’s truly disappointing when one employee’s attitude diminishes what would otherwise be a great experience. Sadly, we’ll be looking elsewhere for our coffee moving forward.

I’ve grown accustomed to my usual chain coffee drinks and often hesitate to try new places, as they tend to leave me disappointed. However, I tried one of their energy drinks a couple of weeks ago and I’m so glad I did! The fruity flavor was exceptional, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since! Lol told my sister and friends about it too! I’ll definitely be returning soon. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

This place has the tastiest iced coffee! I was visiting from out of town and had to go back for more. Very friendly staff as well. Can’t wait to go back!
My wife and I just started going here about once a week. It's the best coffee drink I've had in a long time. I've only had the Bravo, and it's too good to switch it up at this point. If I remember correctly the Bravo has 3 shots of expresso in 12oz and 16oz sizes and 4 shots in the 24oz. This variation in ratio of coffee to other ingredients will make a little bit of difference in the sweetness of drink. The 24oz is less sweet than the 16oz and is my preference (I haven't tried the 12oz). But both are still in the realm of frothy, rich coffee perfection.

My experience at ground support coffee was amazing. The workers were all so happy and helpful with picking drinks. 10/10 service they all look and seem like they love their job. The smoothies are my favorite and by far the best smoothies I’ve had. Highly recommend. The prices are great too for such good quality. Their instagram Is lit.

We had the pleasure of having Ground Support Coffee as one of our vendors for our Back to School Teacher Appreciation Night, and they truly exceeded our expectations. They provided a full-service mobile coffee bar with a variety of amazing drinks that everyone loved.
