We got seated, usually the host will take out waters and coffee order while the server gets to us, this didn’t happen. The server in our section was pretty overwhelmed, after about 15 minutes we were acknowledged by the server who said she will be right with us next only to be skipped again until I mentioned to her. That we were waiting for a long time with no waters or coffee. Her response “ I can’t be in 2 places at once” proceed to come to us take our order and take our coffee order. If they are short they need to slow down seating and go on a wait time. Even as I am typing this review, the host is continuing to seat people overwhelming the already overwhelmed server. If that’s the case then you need more servers. Because who’s is hurting is your customers.

It's just an awesome IHOP! I was in a hurry, food was prompt, and a great variety of foods to please all in the family that I brought they're so hard to please. We left nothing on the plates after long weekend camping.

Very busy on memorial Day but the staff kept up quite nicely.
Great menu with many options. They also serve alcohol, which is not advertised well, but the drinks are good. This place was walk-in with no waiting while the other option down the street had at least an hour wait.

I used to go here one or twice a week since I live on rd 68 but last week I went that new manager stinks from breaking stuff to yelling at his employees in a horrible way no respect and no manners in front of us scrubbing to the max simply having no respect will not go to this one anymore I’ve gone to plenty of ihops and this by far was the worst experience why not just deep clean at the end of day rather than having the whole floor wet all around our server was Greta but that Indian Mexican looking guy nope.
