Surprisingly good coffee. 😂
Super smooth, not bitter at all. Cozy seating area as well.
Came here after working up an appetite at the Middleton pumpkin patch. It had been ages since I had Italian food this good! Everything was on point. The arrabbiata Flatbread, lemon pasta ( basically chicken picata), cannelloni florentine were all super delicious and fantastic

Imbibe ! We tried to go to the place down a few doors, I guess it is the same place because they brought ar the food in from the front door. I guess they have to walk it down from the other place. They did get us in, though. The main lady was very nice and brought a bottle of water. The atmosphere is the best thing about this place. Kind of old world meets new. Eclectic decor low lighting and a different type of Italian type menu. Really had me ready for the best. First off, the breads are amazing, as well as the sauce the bread sticks came with. The dish my wife had wasn't called chicken Alfredo, but that's what it was thought. It was good, just not great. And the steak dish i had was not cooked. How I ordered it and had just too much of whatever was on the top of it. So it was very dry, hand chewy. The flavor was there just really dry. My friend got the same, and it was the same deal. The meat balls were the highlight, little salty but great. Not for $13, but take the money out of it. They were really good. We probably should have asked for more water cause the one liter for four people wasn't enough, and they didn't ask if we wanted more. The prices are hi, but they said they don't ask for a tip on the receipt because it is priced into the food and they pay their employees more. We could leave one, of course, but it's not expected. Kid of cool, I guess. I will definitely try again sometime. Maybe it was just an off day. Definitely a nice little place that is different from everything else. Give it a shot and see what you all think.

I ordered the Panini Italiano with a side salad. The flavorful combination of superessa salami, prosciutto, capicola, tomato pepperconcini, onion and provolone, on herb focaccia was EXCELLENT!! Eat at a locally owned restaurant, it matters.

I think the only downside was the wait, but they had awesome oldies tunes playing and the 1 staff member was so down to earth, interactive and friendly it made the wait worthwhile. He literally took our order, cooked it and brought it to us. I had the chicken pesto melt. The outside was so crispy and the chicken nicely grilled with a delicious pesto. For dessert the wedding cake was OMG! Delicious! It came with a side of a caramel and a coconut sauce that were lightly sweet and complimented it so well. The pistachio cannoli was a little different to me, lightly sweet and a sour creamy filling and the outside was so light and flaky. It was a little pricey but worth every penny!
Just know the melts don’t come with side dishes so don’t expect fries or anything else with it.

Kameron is literally the best. He is patient, kind, and he has great hair to boot. The food menu is the same as Ciao Trattoria (amazing). The decor is fun a chic in a part of town that you would not expect. Def recommend.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now and FINALLY had the chance. First of all, the vibe is so chill, inviting, and music set the tone. Had open seats, I ordered the italian panini, because of the picture on Facebook. OMG it was delicious! Actually so good, I ordered another one to go! Great place to grab a coffee or a drink with friends. Service was amazing too. Food came out fast, and also let me just hang a bit too. I feel rejuvenated after this visit.
If you need a reason to try Imbibe, let this be your reason. Seriously, go out of your way to try this amazing place! Wish I got a picture of the italian panini. If you need some more inspiration to try, go check the pictures they have posted on Facebook.

Wonderful experience! We chose to wait here for our table at Ciao and it was so fun that we will do that again! The bartender was very helpful and made our drinks with care and presented them with his new ideas and process. The appetizer we had was also amazing.

Originally my friends and I were going to go to ciao trattoria but we didn’t have a reservation. They redirected us here, telling us it was the same menu. I did park across the street. Upon arrival the decor was more modern and less busy. Our server was amazing (sad I forgot to get his name) he honestly was who made our night. The drinks were amazing. Our focaccia appetizer was great. Two of us got the lasagna and my other friend got the steak. We each got a different desert to try and voted my tiramisu the best. If I lived here, I would come every weekend. Towards the end of dinner, we were the only ones in the restaurant which made this feel like a private dinner event.
