I went in the early morning after work and when I pulled into the drive thru the lady said she would ready to take my order in 10 mins due them being closed for 10 mins I said okay I rolled up my window and stayed looking at the menu along with my other passengers the lady demanded that I go park in the front and I told her I was looking at the menu wasn’t sure what I was going to order then rolled up my windows again due to the cold after a min the lady again demanded I moved to the front and I told her we were still looking she then started to yell and then said she was closing because her system was now down I asked to speak to her manager and she yelled she was closed I then asked her for her name and the number to make a complaint she ignored me and I asked several times I tried calling the store but the line was busy. This treatment and the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional and childish.

Yesterday, March 5-25, I went at 3:25 pm and they told me to park in front and they would give me my order. 25 minutes passed and they didn't come out. We decided to go in and ask and they told me that they would immediately place my order (they hadn't even placed it). We wait for other 15 minutes and I go again to ask and they told me they gonna prepare it so a told them I don't want the order a want a refund so she suppose to give it to me which never happened because I didn't receive anything in my bank account, apart from the bad service they stole almost $55 dollars from me 🙄🙄🙄

I ordered in the app and got it delivered and was missing like half my order I paid 42$ I called them and they didn’t answer I called them a bunch of times within that day to get a refund and nobody answered. I get it it can be busy but do eat excuse missing half my order and still having to pay the full amount for food I didn’t eat

You need to fire your night staff here closed says they are closed every night and they don't do mobile orders until the customer gets there for pick up so you end up waiting 20 mins in your car for 2 sandwiches. Literally just wasting money on these people

The late night workers never seem to be able to take orders between 3am and 6am unless you use the app.
That said, earlier in the day orders are easier. One employee, Josue, is the highlight of my pre-work day. I stop a couple times a week and whenever we interact he is always friendly, always smiling; gold star service. If my rating were based solely on him, it would be an easy 5 stars.
I was double charged on the app months ago and never recieved a response when I used the app to submit the issue to the owner.

I work night shifts. And this Jack is the nearest spot to my job where I can grab a quick bite at late hrs. But every time I go drive thru is closed even though employees are there and online it says open. And when they are opened they only have certain items on the menu available. So annoying. And I’ve always run into rude employees there.
