So the owner claims to reach out to them and they will supposedly talk with the customers who had a bad experience or some issues. It's bull crap they never bother contacting me and it's been a week and a half. I would not recommend for anyone to order Online unless you know the store is open for sure bc If it's closed your won't be getting your money returned back to you! Guess I will be contacting my bank and filing fraudulent charges against Jack on the box

Jack in the Box is decent for a quick bite. The food is pretty standard fast food burgers, tacos, breakfast items and it's usually fast and convenient. Nothing amazing, but it gets the job done when you're hungry and in a hurry.

Customer service is the worst. Drove home after going through drive thru only to find out I was missing my burger… went back to pick it up and asked for some fresh fries and the employee was refusing to give me fresh fries cuz I drove home and that’s why my fries were cold. I asked what she expected me to do after I got home and was missing part of my order and didn’t want to go eat my burger with cold fries… she argues some more and then turned around and told another employee to give her some damn fries cus I was being an idiot. Asked for the female workers name and she refused to give me her name. Happened 3/7/25 @ 8:25 pm. No apology no nothing and got called an idiot for expecting my order fixed…. Just wow
This place is a waste of your money especially night shift if you order anything that remotely takes any time like any type of breakfast item they say they aren't serving that even though breakfast is served all day if you think your gonna get a fresh meat patty nope that sucked has had been in there hot pan since the previous shift whole crew is rude management should really do something about the horrible customer service

I went in the early morning after work and when I pulled into the drive thru the lady said she would ready to take my order in 10 mins due them being closed for 10 mins I said okay I rolled up my window and stayed looking at the menu along with my other passengers the lady demanded that I go park in the front and I told her I was looking at the menu wasn’t sure what I was going to order then rolled up my windows again due to the cold after a min the lady again demanded I moved to the front and I told her we were still looking she then started to yell and then said she was closing because her system was now down I asked to speak to her manager and she yelled she was closed I then asked her for her name and the number to make a complaint she ignored me and I asked several times I tried calling the store but the line was busy. This treatment and the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional and childish.
