I am referring to Pasco on Court Street location. The same price as other Jack's but service and attitude of staff and even the food is poor. Worst in the Tri-Cities in my opinion.

I don’t why they hire people who don’t want to work, I went just 20 minutes ago and the people working were just waiting for us to leave and ignored us so we pulled up to the window and they just kept peeking until we left. I also called and they keep hanging up the phone over and over again. I get people need the job but why don’t they want to do the work. It’s just bizarre.

Bruh there’s been like 3 times that i ordered on drive through and they messed up on my orders all the time and i gotta go back to tell em, also im not sure if its only me but they doesn’t give u a receipt when ordering on drive throughl i got few months that moved from Kennewick to pasco and idk why service here its all messed up or they aren’t putting attention on their job but in Kennewick all the time giving you what you ordered without mistakes

Haven't grabbed lunch in Jack In The Box in months! Nice surprise.
So the owner claims to reach out to them and they will supposedly talk with the customers who had a bad experience or some issues. It's bull crap they never bother contacting me and it's been a week and a half. I would not recommend for anyone to order Online unless you know the store is open for sure bc If it's closed your won't be getting your money returned back to you! Guess I will be contacting my bank and filing fraudulent charges against Jack on the box
