Made us pull around to the front when nobody was at the drive thru and still got the order wrong. Ordered 2 jumbo platters 1 with sausage and 1 with bacon but that was too difficult for them. Gave us bacon with both and no syrup for French toast sticks. No napkins or any type of sauce. Didn't even bother to ask. That's why they are in the 3 star review club. Will probably shut down in the next year or 2 for sure. Stay away

We were there about 10pm after leaving airport...we were starving and it was the closest open option. Ordered and waited 45 minutes for our food. They seemed fairly busy, so I wasn't too irritated at the wait until we opened our food. Half of order was wrong and EVERYTHING was cold...not like kinda warm...all cold. Not one item was remotely warm....not sure why our food took 45 minutes to be served as it had obviously been made well before we got it. Never again.

I have been trying to get my refund for a week now and I went in there today and the guy was so rude and told me to not come back to his restaurant again after he said he would refund me. The service is terrible and the people are so rude. days prior to this I waited 45 min for my order to be done. Never have I waited that long for "fast" food. This place is very unpleasant to say the least.

I never left a bad review on a fast food restaurant util now. Awful service. Sat in line for 20 minutes without getting to place an order. With multiple people behind waiting as well. shift lead walked by us many time and then finally says they are only doing drive through. But yet let everyone sit in line for 20 plus minutes before telling us.
