Every single time I visit this particular store, I always have to return inside as my order is never correct!! Today was no exception! After ordering, I was sent to park in front of the store to wait for my order. Order was brought out by the manager who forgot out ranch and unfortunately after leaving, we realized our sourdough jack and grilled chicken sandwich were not toasted but just plain bread instead. I returned inside where the cook explained that their toaster was broken so they were unable to cook the sandwiches how they should be done. The manager overheard our conversation and she also stated that the toaster has been broken for a week. I told the manager that they should at least be explaining that to the customers PRIOR to ordering their food so they can decide if they want to eat raw sourdough bread or not. I got no apology and no offer to make something else for us. Worst customer service and we will not be returning to this location any longer.

Was told the kiosk was at the end of the counter I do not like them if a business is going to do a way with the customer service side of eating out I guess I will find some place else to go McDonald's still will take your order if you don't want to use the kiosk she said they will not so I guess McDonald's earns my business

Made us pull around to the front when nobody was at the drive thru and still got the order wrong. Ordered 2 jumbo platters 1 with sausage and 1 with bacon but that was too difficult for them. Gave us bacon with both and no syrup for French toast sticks. No napkins or any type of sauce. Didn't even bother to ask. That's why they are in the 3 star review club. Will probably shut down in the next year or 2 for sure. Stay away
