I have been trying to get my refund for a week now and I went in there today and the guy was so rude and told me to not come back to his restaurant again after he said he would refund me. The service is terrible and the people are so rude. days prior to this I waited 45 min for my order to be done. Never have I waited that long for "fast" food. This place is very unpleasant to say the least.

I never left a bad review on a fast food restaurant util now. Awful service. Sat in line for 20 minutes without getting to place an order. With multiple people behind waiting as well. shift lead walked by us many time and then finally says they are only doing drive through. But yet let everyone sit in line for 20 plus minutes before telling us.

We went to ja k n the box ,and the service was horrible,and when we finally got our order,it was all wrong,and the burgers looked like some 600lb person sat on each sandwich. I asked them to please redo my order,and they refused.the lady manager told me that ,that's how it's made,but in the picture outside,the burgers aren't smashed.needless to say,that I'm not going back to that place.nevermind that we spent almost 30 bucks of my hard earned money.i asked for my food to be redone,and the manager refused,and all I wanted was a decent looking burger,and wasn't asking for my money back..never again!

Went through the window and they said i had to order through the speaker. How if no one answers? Said hello more than 10 times. Waste of time.

Normally I don’t give bad reviews but I’ve been to this jack multiple times and every time I go the customer service is bad. I always feel rushed when ordering and even one instance I got yelled at for repeating what I wanted. I hate to be a hater but I think you guys should definitely improve on your customer service.

I went to Jack in Box on Burden in Pasco, WA on 10/18/2024 and tried ordering but was told that the grill was not at temp yet, why is that not taken care of as they are open so that should not be an issue and this isn't the first time that it has happened, If it is open then everything should be ready to serve from the whole menu not just saying you can order drinks, this is unacceptable and maybe the people that work in the morning, shouldn't be
Drive thru. Food wasnt bad, the salad wasnt awesome though. If you like your salad with ten tons of cheese and five tons of carrots on a little bit of lettuce, then you're in the right place! Oh and when they say with chicken, they mean full strips... Not sure how thats supposed to work.

i ordered a buttery jack with a regular patty and y’all upcharged me $2 for the patty change just to NOT change my patty. yall took 15 min to get one meal when there was only ONE other person in the drive thru, wasn’t even right and upcharged me, also the fries were old af too… get better employees istg yall fr suck and im crying bc i took the money out of my goddamn savings acc for yall to mess up my order after a 16 hour stressful ass day, and yall can’t get off ur phone and stop hitting ur pen long enough to get my order right???? fast food work ain’t that hard, the incompetence is definitely something at this specific jack in the box (btw this ain’t even my only issue with yall in the past month, just the final straw)

I enjoy standing there for 15 minutes until someone even acknowledged our presence, while looking at us the whole time. Food was crap- won't be back. The milkshake was great, but I do not recommend the food.
