Please please please consider opening your lobby for delivery pickups only. We don't get paid extra to wait behind several cars in the drive through. Canceling orders when we see a long line is really frowned upon by the apps, so we have no real choice except taking the hit to our pay. I got lucky that the 3 cars in front of me had quick easy orders and my 2 orders were ready to go. So kudos for having a great team.

It’s honestly ridiculous that the carrot juicer at this Jamba Juice and the Richland location has been broken for over two months. Every time I stop in, I’m told the same thing: “It’s still not working.” This isn’t just a one-off issue — it’s been consistently unavailable with no sign of urgency to fix it.
If you're going to offer fresh juice as part of your menu, basic equipment like a juicer should be maintained. This feels like pure neglect at this point. I’ve come here specifically for carrot juice, and it’s always a letdown.
Maybe it’s time for the regional manager to step in and take a hard look at what’s going on at this location — it’s giving the brand a bad name.

I wish this Jamba Juice was just as good as the one in Richland. Every time I’ve came here, I get the same thing and the taste of it is always inconsistent. It’s either watery, lack of flavor and just tastes off. I wish they were all trained the same way and that I didn’t have to result to traveling all the way to Richland because the quality is much better and consistent at this location.

I had a long day and I was starving I didn’t want anything heavy as it was 8:40 I’m close to Jamba so I googled their hours and it says they close at 9 I’m close so I head that way and I pull into the drive through at 8:45 and the drive through speaker says they’re closed but the open sign is still on shinning through BOTH windows and the drive through hours says 9 on their drive through window so I park and decide to instead just order inside but the store hours close at 7. Please keep in mine I’m starving here and I had a long day and I just want a smoothie so I decide to go back through drive through and go to window and hope they can help me. They see me and ignore me. A girl is walking back and forth and a boy is mopping the boy makes eye contact with me and quickly looks the other way. I wait 3 minutes and decide to knock on the window and no response. At this point it is more the fact of their open signs and their obviously terrible customer service. If you want to close early and clean at least turn your open signs off! There was more cars that came in after me that also had to leave because they don’t actually follow their store hours per google and their own window signs. I haven’t been here in a few years and I probably won’t be back. Stick to the Richland location instead

Are never open according to hours that are stated online and on the door. I’ve drove by two different occasions when it says that the business is open and each time it has been closed. They park a car in the drive-through so that no one can drive in.
