The best Watermelon smoothies ever.. too bad we don’t have these on the East Coast where I just moved to. Only complaint is they are expensive

Are never open according to hours that are stated online and on the door. I’ve drove by two different occasions when it says that the business is open and each time it has been closed. They park a car in the drive-through so that no one can drive in.

We drove out of our way to visit this location. When we arrived, a sign on the window said lobby open from 11:00 - 6:00. It was 1:30 and the door was locked. We drove through the drive through and we’re the only customers. We ordered through the drive through but when we got to the window they didn’t know what we had ordered even though we were the only customers. We had to reorder and when we asked about the lobby hours the worker said they were too busy to open the lobby. When I suggested they put a sign on the front door letting people know I was told they were too busy to do that. Then our order was incorrect. Makes we wonder what they would do if they had TWO customers…. Must be an absentee owner and untrained staff?

Won't be going to this location ever again. They didn't get my order for delivery right, I didn't get half of my items. I didn't pay that much money for nothing. Then I call the store and they can't do anything for me besides allow me to pick them up, if I wanted to pick up, I wouldn't of ordered delivery. Definitely not cool
Had a protein berry workout with whey. first off the drinks are way to expensive for what you get. There was WAY TO MANY SEEDS IN MY SMOOTHIE. TO THE POINT WHERE EITHER THEY CUT UP INSIDE MY THROAT OR GOT LODGED IN MY THROAT AND HAS MADE IT PAINFUL TO SWALLOW. EVERYTIME I SWALLOW ITS LIKE I HAVE PINS AND NEEDLES IN MY THROAT BECAUSE JAMBA PUT TO MANY SEEDS IN THEIR OVERPRICED DRINKS. If this ends up needing medical attention they got big problems coming their way.

Was in town for the knife and gun show, went to Jamba, and learned as I was walking in that the lobby isn't open, but the drive-thru is. The drive-thru doesn't allow walk-ups, and requires cars to sit and idle for 5 to 10 minutes while their orders are being prepped and made. Not green. Not ok. Be consistent with hours and access. You can no longer use covid as the excuse.
