Slowest location I have ever been to. Ordered online ahead of time. Came to location they told us they had not even started on it for us to wait out front. Cars are pulling into drive thru ordering, getting food. I was also told they would come bring my order to me only for me to have to go in there after over half hour of waiting to my sandwich’s just sitting on the counter and the employees doing nothing. Best part of this is as I was pulling away I checked and both my sandwich’s were made completely WRONG!!

Did not deliver my order.... I called and they said it may have been left at the front desk of the hotel even though I gave my room number and instructions. I checked with the front desk and they said there were no deliveries. I called JJs again and no answer to several tries. Avoid them.
This location is slower than any other jimmy John’s or any other fast food restaurant I’ve been to. Even when there are no other people in line in the drive through it takes a long time. I wouldn’t be bothered too much if the company didn’t base its advertising around being fast. Honestly only writing the review so maybe something can be done about it because I like the food but don’t always have time to wait in the line. I can imagine it keeps others away as well
