I stopped to get the 3 piece chicken tenders (chicken strips). I wanted a different side than fries, so asked if they could sub cole slaw and I also wanted to buy an additional side (mashed potatoes). I was charged over $18 for this single order! After paying, I realized the cashier didn't ask me what sauce I wanted, so turned back and asked. I was told they would have to charge me for sauces now, as they don't include sauce with their chicken straips at this KFC. I asked who I can contact about this, as it makes zero sense...no sauce with chicken strips?!? The cashier got who I believed was a manager, and I asked who I can email about not getting sauce with chicken straps. He said I can "tell him because he's the owner." I wouldn't recommend this location, and will no longer stop here on my business trips through town.
