Has to be the friendliest food truck around. I’d go just for how nice these people are. Delicious food is an extra bonus. Order the memelita. Or the sope. Or the quesadilla on corn tortillas. Or the taco Oaxaca. You’ll thank me.
Another taco review for Pasco. The food is... Eh? It's not bad, but it lacked flavor and the sauce was watered down with no spice. I was told that the meat was seasoned in house, but with those two elements missing (good seasoned meat and a spicy flavored salsa) you will genuinely seize to stick out from the competition. I also ordered tacos de tripa and they sure disappointed. Lastly, I was told that la agua de Horchata was hand made. Couldn't be further from the truth....
