I love coming to this coffee shop it is my go to and I always order the same exact drink but this time it tasted terrible so I went back and asked if they could remake it and the lady who helped me was extremely rude and said she knew who went for the drinks and exactly what was ordered but when I told her that information was incorrect she was insisting I didn’t know what I had ordered. I went for one drink, not four and was arguing about remaking my drink. It’s coffee, it’s not that serious but in that moment she acted like what I was asking for was impossible. It’s a shame because I love this place but I’ll definitely order only when I see people I recognize and not her.

I liked getting my drinks here but this past 2 weeks I’ve had bad customer service. They also stop making coffee drinks at 6:30 even though they close at 7pm, their reason being “it takes a long time to clean the coffee machine”.

There was a long line threw the drive thru, so I parked and went inside. I stood at the window for quite some time before anyone even took our order by the time our order was taken, and we went outside they had gone threw the entire drive threw line before taking our order.
