I liked getting my drinks here but this past 2 weeks I’ve had bad customer service. They also stop making coffee drinks at 6:30 even though they close at 7pm, their reason being “it takes a long time to clean the coffee machine”. Good drinks but bad customer service.

There was a long line threw the drive thru, so I parked and went inside. I stood at the window for quite some time before anyone even took our order by the time our order was taken, and we went outside they had gone threw the entire drive threw line before taking our order.

I frequent Life Line for their açaí bowls. I pay extra for a couple added sides and yet, the last several times I have gone, the added sides and included toppings have become increasingly smaller. They used to fill the container with the fruit toppings and this last time I got 3 tiny slices of each fruit and a few berries. At this point, they are just as good as Jamba, when they used to be best in town.

I love coming here when I’m in the area. The staff is super nice and service is fast. The drive thru situation can be a hassle sometimes because of its location, but people seem to manage. I always get the mangonada 3.0 or the purple dragon. Both are exceptional good.
