After calling my order in for 2 simple common pizzas and still having to wait almost 35 min to get my order, the food just wasn't very good. Had the girl working the front would've done her job rather than flirting (horribly by the way) and discussing his personal dating life, this review may have gotten more stars. But besides that, I'd have to say that I've been more n more disappointed in the customer service, readiness, and food quality over the past 6 months. I want to go in n get out with my food hot n ready to take home n eat. Not order ahead to get there be forced to watching a bad live version of Boy Meets Girl or Saved by the Bell, all while my 2 pizzas were done n overlooked because girls head was too high in the clouds. Safe to say that I won't be going back for some time. Prices r not as good either. Over $17 for 2 simple pizzas:-(

7 years buying our pizza with Litte Caesars rd 68 and it ended today. (1st time taking the time to write a review)
We are very disappointed at the little Caesars management at rd. 68 and their delivery system . we had had several issues with our deliveries this last two months, quality and missing items. when we called to resolve the issue we get a foreign speaking rep that has no other way to resolve the issues other then to give you a refund that takes 10 to 12 business days, which I’m ok with that. What I’m not ok with, is when I called the store to see if they could help resend the missing items The manager on site stated that wasn’t litte Caesar’s fault, and therefore there was nothing he could do in a not to professional attitude and followed to hang up. In my point of view little Caesars is responsible for their products from oven to the customers hands. It’s in the best interest of the business. To bad this store management don’t see it this way.
We have lots the quality of food and costumer services that they use to have.
At this point and due to quality of service, we feel we will not miss their service and product.
WE WILL NO LONGER BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Ordered pizza tonight... hardly any cheese on our cheese pizza. You can see the crust with no sauce or cheese.
Cashier was very nice and attentive ordered my pizza and bread sticks fresh as my wife like her pizza right out of the oven and she did not hesitate to get me taken care of thank you
Shelving online orders under the heat lamps instead of doing what they should and placing them in the pizza portal are a very common experience. Cashiers not paying attention to customers coming in and lying about order times to be ready. Tonight the only cashier was flirting with a boy in the kitchen with her back turned away from the counter while customers came in and weren't helped for several minutes. Other employees in the kitchen were talking and laughing. I don't know where a manager was but seeing this was like watching a bunch of little children without any supervision to keep them on task to do the job they are paid to do. This store makes the company look very, very bad. Tonight they didn't put my order in the pizza portal, didn't call my name and that it was ready and sat there until I checked up on the progress of my order. I got home to find out they gave me the wrong pizza. If you go to this store prepare yourself to have zero expectations of a quality experience.

I called this location around 5:30 to pick up 5 pizzas and breadsticks. I asked to pick up the order at 7 and the guy who answered the phone told me it would be ready and took my name for the order. When I went in a couple minutes early to pick up the pizza they told me they didn’t have any phone orders and accused me of calling the wrong location. I asked to pick up the order anyways and they told me it would be a 10- 15 minute wait. I asked to verify the phone number and the woman at the counter couldn’t tell me their own store phone number. When I checked online it was the same phone number I called originally. Terrible customer service.

This store sucks! They do not honor coupons that the company advertises and then don't provide any contact info for the GM or Franchise Owner to make it right. Totally shady company and I will never go there again. It's completely false advertising that they won't honor coupons that they list on the website..
