Every attempt to try and like this particular McDonald’s fails. Service is terrible. Multiple orders with things missing or mobile orders not ready and then have to wait long to get. I once called about an order the restaurant couldn’t even find and the person told me I should be able to cancel my order on the app, no u can’t! That’s not a thing. I have to accept

Well first I don't know how you can mess up a McDonald's sundae but they managed. Hardly any fudge and half the size as normally. And I don't care who you hire, but make sure they can speak English if they are working the register. Maybe she thought I said one crappy sundae please.

It’s close to home and sometimes has good cheap deals that the kids like. Staff takes long to get to counter, so food is sitting long on shelf waiting while we just stare at it. They sometimes forget items ordered. They fail to tell you that when you call and they say can go pick up the items they messed up it’s only waiting for you for 30days. Well good way to not replace the items. Oh and make sure you count your chicken nuggets, I had several orders missing nuggets! What’s happening with customer service?

The worst thing was I ordered two frappe and they gave me only one, it's unfortunate that you stand in a tremendous line for your food and that's how they serve you, look how They gave me some medium fries and the worst part was that I didn't check the food because I trusted that everything was going to be given in order.

19 minutes for cold fries and a spilled half frozen coke. Staff was very friendly. Was really clean. Just slow and not good. Sat so long that the edges of the burger buns were crispy.

My mother & brother faced discrimination from this establishment by Reyna, who claims to be the general manager.
I first used the mobile app by curbside, it already sent my order then i went to pick it up, it didn't let me pick a parking spot. Then I went inside to tell them, they told me that they didn't have my order, then I was given my order. Fix your mobile app. Now today, I picked my order through drive thru and my order was not what I ordered. Honestly, if you don't have the food to make breakfast orders, tell that to the customers or tell corporate so they can extend the breakfast hours. I would be more understanding if I ordered late into the breakfast hours yet I ordered around 10am.
If you already made a customer's order, don't throw it out unless it's been more than a 1 hour from the time they ordered, the drive thru lane was already long as it is. If, the breakfast hours were longer, they would have more revenue.

They messed up my order so when I told them no onions no ketchup no muster it should have not been non but there was and my fries were barly the box had like ten fries in it for a large that less then a small not to mention we had to wait a long time but there wasn't that many customers there was 3 including us but we still had to wait over 30 min
