Ordered two meals, one of them was the 2 cheeseburger meal. They forgot the cheeseburgers, so we drove back and told them again it was supposed to be 2, and they still only gave us one. Like… why would we come all the way back for just one cheeseburger? 🤦♂️

This is the best McDonald’s in the Tri-Cities. The food is always ready quickly, they get the orders right & theyre thoughtful: they fill the sundae cups full, they give you an extra condiment or two, nothing is ever burned or undercooked. I live on the other side of Pasco at road 100, but I’ll always come to this location versus 68 or GW, cause they go the extra mile to make the experience as good as a McDonalds can be.

McDonald has been an original go to for as long as I could walk out my own front door. They put a patent on $1 food- so, now I just make myself a little more hungry for McDonalds before each visit and don’t mind paying for the extra sandwich and “having to” eat ‘em both just to get that second one fur a buck and feel the Americana- 🙏 Amen

The food was about what I would have expected from a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere was fairly clean and light. It wasn't loud, Or at least overly loud. I think the price is what got me the most. I know they don't control the prices.But I do miss the 69 cent hamburgers I used to get.

Worst place to get mcflurry's they don't even put enough ice cream and they don't even try lmfao take a look at this and that was the manager doing them 🤣 do better if you want good mcflurrys go to the McDonald's on road 68 .

Every attempt to try and like this particular McDonald’s fails. Service is terrible. Multiple orders with things missing or mobile orders not ready and then have to wait long to get. I once called about an order the restaurant couldn’t even find and the person told me I should be able to cancel my order on the app, no u can’t! That’s not a thing. I have to accept
