I’ve been buying the same two sundaes for years, and they’ve always been filled close to the top. This time, both were only filled a little over halfway. I politely asked the drive-thru worker if that was correct, and she said yes. I didn’t argue with her because she was just following instructions. I called the location, and the woman on the phone told me they were ‘correcting’ the issue because sundaes had been overfilled in the past. So now, after decades, they suddenly decide to fix this? Even the app’s photo shows more than what I received. If overfilling was truly the issue, why not switch to smaller cups? This feels more like cutting corners than correcting anything.

This place has really gone careening downhill. We've been going here for almost four years now, usually two or three times a month. They used to be pretty solid. Over the last few months though, literally every single order we've received has been wrong, despite repeating it multiple times and double checking with the person at the window.
Tonight was really the last goddamn straw. Not only was my burger the exact opposite of what I asked for and repeated THREE TIMES, my husband's burger was a disgusting abomination that looked like they'd dipped the entire thing, bun and all, through the deep fryer and then thrown it into the box. The entire bun, box, bag, and every item below it in the bag were completely soaked in the grease pouring from this heart-attack-to-go. The pictures really can't do justice to how soaked everything was, including my hands and pants where I'd set the bag down before noticing after it seeped through onto my legs.
Either management here has changed or they just stopped giving a crap entirely, but either way, give this place a hard pass.

If i was able to give no stars i most definintly would . I cant even remember the amount of times ive had to call the store or go inside for my food when i order curbside . Not to mention i get pushed to the front to wait for my food almoset every time i go thru drive thru .. usually i get FAST food bevause it should be fast but jot this mcdonalds . If u dont have much time to wait i wouldnt waste your time

It is Tuesday May 11th round line. We've been online 10 minutes waiting for drive through. It is 10:10 PM on. Tuesday we've been online 10 minutes. This is awful. I don't know what's going on in this battle. 10 cars with a fifth car. We have not moved in 10 minutes. This is awful does something wrong with road sixty eight mcdonald's

Our go to for fast food since it's so close. Not real often do we go here but when we do it seems they're always out of one thing we want.. Last order they didn't have hot fudge... Really? Aside from that it's about the same as any other McDonald's.
