I visited the restaurant with my family and, unfortunately, we were not acknowledged upon entering. Despite there being three staff members present and the restaurant being completely empty, no one greeted or offered assistance. After waiting for some time without any interaction, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, one of the employees sarcastically called out, “Thanks for coming in,” which came across as rude and unprofessional. This is the second time we've experienced poor customer service at this location, which is very disappointing.

As far as fast food is concerned very few places can be MOD Pizza. Simply they have fresh food they give you how much you ask for so if you go big you get big their salads are bigger and fresher than anything available elsewhere for that money or price point it's amazing and I go here often. The people that work here also usually very cool very attentive and here to serve you unlike many other places where there's no love no particular interest in satisfying the customer these people make it their personal mission to help you get the meal you're looking for prepared the way you want it prepared and it's very rare that you get this kind of service from these types of low cost restaurants. A true gem in the rough!

I have had good and bad experiences here, I feel like if it is mid day and they aren't busy you can expect good food, other than that they will mess up your online order. I can honestly say this location is a no for me.

I always love MOD and have had good experiences in the past with this location. It has recently been a pregnancy craving. But, when I ordered online for convenience, my pizza was not how I ordered. There were multiple toppings missing from both mine and my husband’s pizza.
I always make sure to tip too, but I was very sad in my service I received. I didn’t get what I paid for and my service was very disappointing. :( 💔
