I have had good and bad experiences here, I feel like if it is mid day and they aren't busy you can expect good food, other than that they will mess up your online order. I can honestly say this location is a no for me.

I always love MOD and have had good experiences in the past with this location. It has recently been a pregnancy craving. But, when I ordered online for convenience, my pizza was not how I ordered. There were multiple toppings missing from both mine and my husband’s pizza.
I always make sure to tip too, but I was very sad in my service I received. I didn’t get what I paid for and my service was very disappointing. :( 💔

Lady was using her phone while making pizzas and touching ingredients! Didn’t wash her hands or anything. Completely against food safety. I didn’t even bother to order.

I went there pretty late to get dinner for me and my fiancé and the 2 girls that were working there were really rude and wouldn't make the pizza how I wanted it. I kept asking for extra cheese and more toppings and she jus wouldn't do it. It was like cuz I was a female they were acting acting all stuck up and threatened by me or something lol. Then a family came in right after me and they made their pizza just fine, it was really odd... Never going back there , but the one in kennewick is amazing everybody , there is super nice!

My dad and I ordered our pizzas from the menu and everything went smooth. We got them to go, and once we got home we realized that both our pizzas had no sauce. Is asking for sauce on a pizza a new thing i’m not aware of? I will admit that we should have checked our pizzas before leaving. But the employees seemed a but more occupied asking children not to touch the glass and stop playing on the bars than making our orders. Also, the lady who made our pizza had to keep looking at the menu on the wall to make our pizza but couldn’t add the sauce? I’m a bit disappointed that I got home and pretty much had dry cheese bread for dinner, but overall the service was nice.
