I really wish I could say good things about this place, but some of what I saw was… concerning. Chopsticks that had already been used somehow came back looking “new” for kids. Straws that had been sitting on tables even with dirty wrappers found their way back into service. And the tea? Let’s just say it’s been chilling in the fridge a lot longer than it should before being given out for free. I think they could do so much better if they cared a bit more about hygiene.

Clean and beautiful place. Food was so fresh and delicious! Had the Tempura Shrimp Bento box for lunch! Totally getting two delicious meals out of this! Jinju was super nice and accommodating with my take out order which I picked up.

Do not order the teriyaki chicken. It is so bad. It is served on a giant pile of onions with very little sauce and tastes so bland. We spent almost $50 just to throw most of it away
Avoid the noodle soup at all costs. Soooo bland.

If you haven't tried this place, Im begging you, please do. Who would have throught you could find great Sushi in the desert in Eastern Washington ...but here it is.
Their appetizer Kani Mami is delicious. Favorite appetizer ever. I normally get their fried rolls and they are always amazing also. Service is great too.
Last time I ate there i called at :20 PM and the store was closing in 10 minutes. They still made my order and stayed open an extra 10 minutes late for me to pick it up.
Great place of a date or just a night out.

Great sushi and ramen
The sushi and sashimi here is watery and lacks flavor. The rolls are full of limp cucumber - a lot of it. There are better sushi options around.

Sushi roll was not well put together. I think its mediocre. Rolls are about 18$ plus tips just about $20 which is right about inflation but the quality is still lacking.
