I ordered noodles with 2 sides. Noodles old & cold. The sides portions very small. Crab rangoons were very old & gross. This was at dinner rush...5:25 pm. Food shouldn't be old & cold. Drive thru shouldn't get lesser quality food just because they are not eating in to bring food back. Then u don't see what is wrong with your order until u get home. I would start checking my food in the parking lot before you leave. I would not come back here, I would rather go to a small owned business & get better quality & value for the same amount.

Food was fresh and good. I ordered a beef and brocolli but only few beef were in the box. However, when I asked they gave me a fresh new batch. Customer service was great and all of other foods were fresh and good ? One of the best Pandas in Tri-cities.

This is what you get for a $10 bowl from panda express off Rd.68 in the walmart parking lot. Absolutely pathetic that they would even serve this type of portion. No wonder they're part of the 3 star club ?

I was extremely disappointed with my recent order from Panda Express. Upon opening my meal, I discovered multiple bugs embedded within the broccoli. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and quality control at this location.

Ordered through the drive through at 12:39. They said that it would be a few minutes for the super greens to cook and that they would bring it out to me. I sat in the 100 degrees weather until 12:55 and they still hadn’t brought out my one bowl with chicken and super greens so I went inside to check on it. Instead of helping me right away they made me go back to my car so they could “verify” my order and then they made it for me.
I was offered a free spring roll, which I declined. Frankly I should have been comped the one bowl for the mistake in service. Very unhappy with my first experience at the Pasco location and I am a regular customer at the other locations.
