Papa Johns continues to impress with how quick they are in getting orders out. Even during busy times the team works hard and you can tell they are dedicated to making great pizza. The consistency is solid and the quality feels dependable.
And of course you cannot forget about the garlic butter sauce. It is one of those extras that makes the whole meal even better and keeps me coming back.

I ordered the crazy stuffed crust pizza and i had chose to put extra topping on half of my pizza. Well i got the 5 extra topping i requested on about 2 slices and thats it out if the hole pizza. The dough was like gooey towards the inside of every slice. Qfter 2 slices it aboit made me sick. And i paid 30 fricken dollars for that 1 pizza. tTOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. I also got a chicken alfredo papa bowl for my mother. Upon openeing it, it looked like someone ate ualf the dam order already. Not to mention the puddle of greese in the bottom of the entire tray. So at this point im pretty disapointed. And to top things off. I try to call and speak to a manger. 45 MINUTES LATER NO ANSWER STILL. Absaloutly unprofesional and in ny opinion disgusting servive/food/prices. I usually do not complain ecspecially in a social aspect. But hell i wouldnt have if i would have gotten ahold of the dam manager in the 45 minutes i was waiting.

Ordered pizza usually around 20 to 30 minutes for delivery an hour passed an nothing try to call couldn't get thru an wen I did someone in a call center answer then I checked online an it was getting delivered by door dash had to to call driver to cancel not cool don't know what happened with papajohns

Mediocre pizza not worth the marked up price. This pizza doesn't taste amazing, I'd probably put it on Little Ceasars level at best. Almost every time I get food from here it's cold or barely warm, even when I pick it up right after it "comes out of the oven". I'm not sure what the issue is there. They're very tip hungry here too. They plaster it all over the boxes to make you feel guilty enough to leave a tip. The check out pad always asks. Like no I already spent too much on this ok pizza, I'm not giving you more money for doing the bare minimum and just handing me my food. Also, Papa Johns, hire me to cut your pizza, because y'all do an abysmal job at cutting your pizza. It requires more work than running a dull slicer over my pizza. Its more like they create an outline for you to cut your pizza when you get back home, because trying to take a slice right of the box it tears because the pizza hasn't been cut properly. Instead I have to take like 3 minutes to cut every slice out of every pizza. This is a reason I don't want to tip them. So I'd suggest Domino's who's just down the street from them, or even any other pizza place in the area. Not worth it from here.

They made my order delicious as always. This is my favorite pizza place I’ve always enjoyed the food and the customer service is amazing. I was given a discount and free drink for “taking a long time” but it felt normal wait to me the pizza was delicious and makes up for it. Highly recommend.

Apparently they use DoorDash now instead of their own drivers. Pizza never arrived nore was it returned to the store. The manager was very apologetic, but out of his hands. Full refund, but DoorDash is ripping off the business and the customers. Save the headache and do pickup. As for DoorDash, I won't use you ever.
Have not been disappointed at all whenever I've ordered from PJ'S.
Always reliable, always good, always hot, fresh ingredients, and has become worth paying a little extra considering the quality of less expensive competitors.
Ingredients well placed on the pie and not just piled in the middle like Little Cesar's (has happened last 3 times I've ordered from there and not going back).
For affordable take-out pizza, PJ'S is a recommend!!
