This was a very disappointing night for me and my family. I have read the most newest comments and others are providing amazing feedback and somehow we experience the worst. I and my husband bought 2 pizzas and placed them online at 5:16PM. We gave them some time before we headed out. We got to the store by 6:20. Got up to the drive through window and the worker Max was very rude. He said to wait here and that are pizzas were getting wrapped. We waited and waited and waited and nothing came out the window. He was brooming up the floor near the pizzas getting made. The other gentleman was still making our pizzas even after 1 hr and a half. Max lied. He could have been a decent human being and let us know that it wasn’t ready yet. He was not helping the other person make anything. Customers were coming in. This was horrible customer service. I’ve never experienced this at the Pasco Location EVER. Max had poor hygiene and had an open wound on his right wrist. It was disgustingly. My husband asked for a Manager’s name and he would not give it out due to safety reasons and told my husband he could be a stalker. My husband called the Kennewick Papa Murphy’s and asked if it was allowed to speak to a manager the and the gentleman their said yes and that he was looking at the manager’s face on the wall. PASCO MANAGER PLEASE DO BETTER AT WHO YOU ARE HIRING AS STAFF. This was absolutely rude and disrespectful in the way we were treated. Online ordering should not take almost 2 hrs. That’s why you have a drive through and online ordering. Please do something about this. Thank you.

Ask about their specials!! You can always save money because there is always deals going on! Right now they have this fabulous Summer Selects deal where you can get four pizzas: the meat, veggie, pepperoni, and cheese. The larges are $8.99 and family is $11.99. Hurry while it lasts!! Also, they do a wonderful mix and match deal where you can get two DELICIOUS side items for $6.99 each! 10/10 great experiences, crew is fun, and deals are incredible!!

Ordered online and pizza was ready when I got there. Toppings were perfect and the kid at the pick up window was friendly and professional.
