The line always takes forever. Every time it takes up my entire lunch break no matter the size of the line. Good coffee but terrible customer service tbh, y’all hire anyone. I never write reviews but the barista decided to chat with her friend instead of servicing the line of 5+ cars.. crazy. Arrived at 11 didn’t leave till 11:50. I ordered 2 drinks!!

I really enjoy the one drink I get 3x a week, but when I check their store hours and I show up on time no one is ever there. It says they are open at 6 I show up at 7 and lights are out no one inside. Your site for your shop says a certain time then how come no one is ever there on time. Also service is very slow, as well as customer service goes they can improve. Update your store hours to an accurate time. Thx

I’m a local and go very frequently (1-3 times a week). The drinks are good. I’ve never had a complaint until now. The new hire (blonde hair) makes a bad impression and always seems like she does not want to be there and take orders. Perhaps not the best person to be working there. Everything else is good!

The milk tea is good but the service is super super slow. And I had a giftcard that was less than a year old, with $25 on it and they won't honor it. Incredibly disappointing and awful customer service.

I will drive out of my way to Pearl Coffee. Their Matcha is so good, family loves their Boba. And their prices are reasonable. I have always had a great experience here.

Line takes forever. Not because it’s busy either. Just takes forever. There’s 2 lanes and you can be in one waiting forever when another car pulls up to the second lane and is attended before. Now you’re left waiting even longer. Only one worker, 2 windows. Makes no sense…

My family lives in tri cities and is always getting boba at this place so I’ve gone a handful of times since I live in moses lake and usually it’s decent. Today I waited for my (10) drinks for almost 30 minutes because they where having issues with my card, well a girl jumped in and said I should give them another card because my card was saying invalid but the other girl that actually started our order was continuously trying and she ended up getting it to work, the other girl on the other hand that jumped in was pretty rude I checked my card to make sure I had funds since they were having issues and it showed I got charged twice I tried telling her she requested I hand her my phone to see then said there’s nothing they can do and to call bank… well I got my bobas and once we got home they did not get the whole order right they were missing popping pearls etc , I get things happen but i also know good service and that wasn’t it. $140 later with attitude like that I should honestly get my tip back at least lol.
