It's really good and the service is great it's like subway but better and you can turn anything into what they have in my opinion it's better than subway because the flavor is incredible you should go right now and go try it you won't regret it.

This is the second time in a row that pita pit has been a total let down. I ordered online and the order went through and chargers my debt card. I drove down right away to pick up my order and there was a note on the door saying they were closing early for graduation. This was an hour before closing. I had tried to order yesterday too. Online says they are open Thursday until 8 and I wasn’t able to order Thursday either because they closed at 1:30. So disappointing. When I called the store because there were employees still in the store when I drove up to get my order tue guy who answered the phone was very rude and said they were short staffed and they were closed and it might take a day or two to get my refund. Better luck next time. Are you kidding me!?!? I won’t be back. Two days in a row.

I used to love coming into this location and getting pitas but now I don't understand.. the staff has changed and now the place is dirty and seems very unorganized. Some of the staff are rude and seem too ignorant and just oblivious in their jobs. I also cannot believe how hit or miss this business establishment is when it comes to their items being in stock, and half the time the veggies seem old or rotten. I would not recommend.

Ever since the change in employees, customer service has not been the greatest. Very unprofessional environment and my family has been treated poorly. Manager is never available when my orders get messed up and the employees seem to be left alone a bit too much for them to be too lazy for any correction to be done. I loved pita but now it's not my favorite place to go. Saddens me for how people make the experience not worth going back.

This was not a good experience for my whole family. Rotten cilantro, way too much mustard and peppers... The guy serving was all alone and not too thrilled to be working. I like pita pit but was very disappointed with this visit.

Ordered online. Dairy allergy. Put in comments how to adjust the order for my kids pitas. They came with cheese and neither had the requested toppings in that I knew they'd like. The comments section was ignored. When I called to talk with someone I was told the manager was out indefinitely and there was no one in charge. The lady "didn't know what she could do for me because they were closing soon and really needed to get back to her job so she couldn't talk to me all night." We spoke for less than 3.5 minutes. I cannot believe that there's not an assistant manager. I cannot believe the level of incompetence here.

Super busy. Under staffed. Got a buffalo salad that was literally lettuce and chicken....thats it...didnt get called as usual to add things to the salad

Rd. 68 Pita Pit is my new favorite place to eat. So many combinations, you can make your own, everything is always made to perfection and tastes so fresh and good. Im ngl I discovered it 2 days ago and it like all I want now. Swear I may never go to McDonald's again. There's just no point. Pita Pit makes vegetables taste good.
Have always enjoyed the food at all Pita Pit locations that I have been to. Seems like different locations have different specials. Would like to be able to get my favorites at every location rather than have to leave town but that's my only complaint. Staff are friendly, quick, and well trained. Lots of options to choose from.
