Staff was rude, no understanding, no apologize. I order online said it was gonna be ready in 20minutes. I go to pick up 40minutes later and wasnt ready. Not to mention they lied about my order. One staff said it would be ready in 5minutes. 10 minutes later another staff said they forgot about it and just placed it. I ended up getting a refund and going else where.

Service at this location is terrible arrived and let her know I was already here waiting for my pizza. The employee disregarded me and kept Chatting with her other coworker, waited patiently, while my pizza was ready, saw her take what look like my order to the back, which was weird because I had already checked in, waited a few more minutes she didn’t mention anything, so I checked in, stood there for a bit still disregarded while she kept chitchatting with her coworker. She corrected me how to say my name several times and as I was leaving, she said you too, which was petty because I did not say thank you employees name is unknown. She had short black hair and this was on the morning of October 4 around 11 AM. I will not be returning to this location.

My family and I are from Hermiston, Oregon and we have a pizza in Hermiston but this Pizza Hut on court street for some reason has better flavor and better looked pizza and good service. Keep it up Pizza Hut on court street

Getting in to town so late that the restaurants were closed, we opted for Pizza Hut delivery. They were open until 1am. We ordered online and felt like all we could order were the specialty pizzas, which was OK enough. Two pizzas and a root beer. The driver arrived sooner than projected. Previous experience with delivery to a hotel got me outside to meet the driver. He seemed quite distracted and barely spoke any English, but we handed me two pizzas and jumped back into his car. I ran up to his door and asked about the root beer and he said he'd been given two pizzas and left. We finally found a number for the location and after being hung up on and five times a different person answered. They kindly sent another driver back with the soda. The pizza was warm, but not hot, the dough was bland and the pizza not so flavorful. We love Pizza Hut and have never run into this kind of trouble of boring pizza. We come to Pasco annually, and will be dining elsewhere in the years to come. This Pizza Hut is the dog of Pizza Huts. I do love dogs, but not this Pizza Hut.

When we came in and we ordered the worker that took our order was really rude and gave us dirty looks everytime we asked for something, plus when we paid, she told us our order was 53.80, we paid 56.80 and told us we were a dollar off, and when we paid two more dollars we didn’t get any change back and while we were there they left the phone to ring twice without answering, we did not get the name of the worker who stole 4 dollars from us. But all the workers left the phone to ring twice.

Staff was very unwelcoming, I went in to dine with my daughter, I really wanted to give her the experience of dining in the Pizza Hut just like we had as kids but the staff taking out our didn’t really know what to do when I told her we were dining in, I had to ask for a menu, they didn’t even bother to look at me while taking my order, I wasn’t even done with my sentence when ordering when she was like “what else do you want?” Food is always good place is renewed and it looks great but staff is just …. Not a good experience. Sad to say honestly, I was really looking forward to a good experience but came out a bit disappointed.
We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a meatlovers pizza, along with a salad. The pizzas were great, and the service was fast after placing the order. I would recommend this place for eating pizza.

Placed an order online for carry out at 6:40pm, app said it would be ready by 7pm. However, when I got there at 7:15 to pick up at the drive thru they said my order wasn’t ready. I was told I needed to go to the back of the drive thru line and wait for my order to be ready. If online orders are so backed up they should turn off online ordering until they’ve caught up.

The staff was very rude and started speaking Mexican when I asked for more sauce on my wings they under sauced and charged me an extra $2 when they did it on purpose one of the employees I think her name is Laura rolled her eyes when I paid because she didn’t want to take my cash as it was a bigger bill overall bad experience would not recommend
