My family and I are from Hermiston, Oregon and we have a pizza in Hermiston but this Pizza Hut on court street for some reason has better flavor and better looked pizza and good service. Keep it up Pizza Hut on court street

Getting in to town so late that the restaurants were closed, we opted for Pizza Hut delivery. They were open until 1am. We ordered online and felt like all we could order were the specialty pizzas, which was OK enough. Two pizzas and a root beer. The driver arrived sooner than projected. Previous experience with delivery to a hotel got me outside to meet the driver. He seemed quite distracted and barely spoke any English, but we handed me two pizzas and jumped back into his car. I ran up to his door and asked about the root beer and he said he'd been given two pizzas and left. We finally found a number for the location and after being hung up on and five times a different person answered. They kindly sent another driver back with the soda. The pizza was warm, but not hot, the dough was bland and the pizza not so flavorful. We love Pizza Hut and have never run into this kind of trouble of boring pizza. We come to Pasco annually, and will be dining elsewhere in the years to come. This Pizza Hut is the dog of Pizza Huts. I do love dogs, but not this Pizza Hut.

When we came in and we ordered the worker that took our order was really rude and gave us dirty looks everytime we asked for something, plus when we paid, she told us our order was 53.80, we paid 56.80 and told us we were a dollar off, and when we paid two more dollars we didnât get any change back and while we were there they left the phone to ring twice without answering, we did not get the name of the worker who stole 4 dollars from us. But all the workers left the phone to ring twice.

Staff was very unwelcoming, I went in to dine with my daughter, I really wanted to give her the experience of dining in the Pizza Hut just like we had as kids but the staff taking out our didnât really know what to do when I told her we were dining in, I had to ask for a menu, they didnât even bother to look at me while taking my order, I wasnât even done with my sentence when ordering when she was like âwhat else do you want?â Food is always good place is renewed and it looks great but staff is just âŠ. Not a good experience. Sad to say honestly, I was really looking forward to a good experience but came out a bit disappointed.

We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a meatlovers pizza, along with a salad. The pizzas were great, and the service was fast after placing the order. I would recommend this place for eating pizza.

Placed an order online for carry out at 6:40pm, app said it would be ready by 7pm. However, when I got there at 7:15 to pick up at the drive thru they said my order wasnât ready. I was told I needed to go to the back of the drive thru line and wait for my order to be ready. If online orders are so backed up they should turn off online ordering until theyâve caught up.

The staff was very rude and started speaking Mexican when I asked for more sauce on my wings they under sauced and charged me an extra $2 when they did it on purpose one of the employees I think her name is Laura rolled her eyes when I paid because she didnât want to take my cash as it was a bigger bill overall bad experience would not recommend

This location is brand new and gorgeous. However we got there at 10 Pm. 30 minutes until close. The staff was polite and helpful. We ordered carry out but decided to eat in. They changed our order and brought us our food on a serving dish. I did not even have to ask. The food was yummy they make good pizza. I give it 9 out of 10. The toppings could have been spread better. Over all they get only 3 stars. I know sound like a good review so far. However the store was thrashed not one clean table and we were the only customers there. Also the bathroom not thrashed but had not been stocked and was out of soap. If it was a clean restaurant they would have got 4 maybe 5 stars.

The staff has always been fantastic! my only problem is the food itâs so overpriced and it keeps getting more expensive I picked up some large stuffed crust pizzas 3/6 got home wrong pizzas and looked like medium. On top of that they are asking $1 for a very small drip of marinara sauceThis use to be like 20c like a year ago. Iâve made up my mind and I am done giving Pizza Hut my money I will definitely not buying again.
