My chicken sandwich was overcooked and unable to be eaten. The sandwich had been sitting to long in a food warmer. The person who served me that sandwich knew it should have been thrown out. Customer service should be a priority for Popeyes.

I am a DoorDash driver and recently had an order to pick up from your location. I noticed that the lobby was closed due to staffing shortages, which I understand can happen. However, I experienced a 35-minute wait in the drive-thru, which seemed excessive. If the lobby is not open, I believe the drive-thru should be prioritized to improve efficiency. I would recommend that your team enhance their multitasking abilities and work with a greater sense of urgency. Unfortunately, my experiences picking up food from your restaurant have not met my expectations.

It was Terrible. Almost everything was about average for taste and not what was to be expected for a fast food restaurant. They are way overpriced for what they give a person. I placed my order and wasn't given a receipt. When food was ready they just put on the counter without being notified for a few minutes, then when I checked to see if items were on what we ordered, it was not was i took food back to counter, so they bring back bacon and cheese in a bag for us to put on our chicken sandwiches. Terrible experience from all always around. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

These workers need praise! We're actually here now as I'm writing this. The food was delicious, and the staff is so nice and hilarious! My husband and I are sitting here laughing our butts off because they are kicking ass back there in the kitchen and the banter back and forth is comparable to a comedy skit show. Juan is an honorable mention as well, he took our order and was super cool! 10/10

I have been to Popeyes in a few different cities and this one sucks sooooo bad. Everytime I go something goes wrong. The customer service is very bad too. They try and normalize waiting 10 to 15 min every time you go. They NEVER have chicken ready. The whole point of having a drive thru and the option to order a head of time via the app is to prevent waiting and you can get food fast. Every Popeyes besides this one has their chicken ready without a wait time. This one sucks!!! Please fix this issue and you will have more customers. Also be nice to your customers it’s not normal to wait and no one should have to wait an extra 10 to 15 min. Especially when you order it in advance.
