I can't even rate the food because I never got it. They called my order number but it was taken by a door dash driver. The employees didn't even try to stop him. Didn't leave the store to make sure I got my food. I had already waited about 30 minutes and they wanted me to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake my order. Your customers shouldn't have to suffer for your employees negligence.

The inside is clean and the drive thru is decent, though sometimes it can be slower because of understaffing. The employees do seem to be working hard which is good to see.
The chicken sandwiches are consistently great and the food overall is delicious. I have found myself going here a little more often than I probably should.

Popeyes needs to improve there service especially in the evening. You would expect the amount of business Popeyes get in with app orders and drve thru, they would be better prepared for the walkins. Been here a few times, and never seems to be enough food prepped. The good thing is, you get it fresh but after a long wait, at least 20 mins. Noticed theres no communication amongst the team, front counter person doesnt acknowledge any customers walking in, and the tables are all full of crumbs and leftover garbage. Pretty bad for a Monday! Popeyes need better training for there staff especially in the customer service field. I'll be thinking twice before coming again.
