I would not recommend this restaurant at all, we got seated and spent about 20 min waiting till our server (Tianna)finally came, we got stared at by the staff and other customers like we didn’t belong in there .( both my bf and I are Mexican and both wearing black sweat pants and a hoodie ) I felt like the vibe was racist and felt unsafe immediately. We got our food after about 45 min later (pork birria tacos and the shrimp tacos) and it was flavorless and had some sort of hard plastic like piece in side my meat😭 when we were about to get the check, my bf used the bathroom, which then I got stared down by my server as she hovered next to my table as if she were expecting me to dine and dash. When my bf got back, our serve immediately disappeared to the back and left us waiting for again another 20 min till another one of the servers (blonde and very nice) asked if we needed the check and checked us out. One of the worst experiences and the tables are so close together you can’t hear one another talk . Also the owner says they hire minority’s (since they wanna reply) but the only servers and workers I saw were white people. Hope this helps anyone who thinks to try Proof!🫶

We tried Proof for the first time on Veterans Day. We have since been back three times. The service has always been excellent, the food is very good! I have tried something new each time and have not been disappointed!

My family and I have eaten at Proof a few times now and everytime has been excellent!! The food is amazing and the customer service it great!! Definitely will go back!!

A+mazing! My friends and I came here last night. I got the ceaser salad, with black garlic ceaser dreasing. Im never eating ceaser salad without the black garlic again; 5/5 ☆.
Friend A: got the diablo tacos and he said they were super good.
Friend B: got the killer Mac & cheese.

Went to Proof and was sat in the Arcade next door. The food was great, but the bill came with some surprises: fries that were supposed to come with the burger were extra, and there was a service fee even though it was just the two of us. We even got two bills (one for drinks, one for food), which made things a little confusing.

Proof really is a nice spot, and I don’t mind paying a bit more. I just wish the extra charges were built into the price or shown on the menu. That way I can enjoy the meal without feeling like I’m playing “guess the hidden fees.”

I usually tip generously, but this left me unsure. The server was wonderful and clearly just following policy, but the system makes it awkward for everyone.

Probably will just stay home and share a bottle of wine next time.

If we ever come to Proof, we like to get there for early dinner or even a lunch. Seems like when it's busy, the service can't keep up at times and dinner can take a lot longer than a hour. Other than that food and drinks are always delicious. The workers are friendly and the please stays clean.
