If we ever come to Proof, we like to get there for early dinner or even a lunch. Seems like when it's busy, the service can't keep up at times and dinner can take a lot longer than a hour. Other than that food and drinks are always delicious. The workers are friendly and the please stays clean.

Burger bun was stale. I also had the killer Mac and cheese a few weeks ago it was dry. Waitresses are sooo slow. Our beers were sitting on the bar for way too long. Our experience was unpleasant and a lil irritating.

Great food and drinks but the service missed the mark tonight. I’m not sure if our server forgot to put in our food and drink orders but we saw multiple tables get their appetizers and meals before we got ours. We arrived at 6 and did not receive our food until well after 7. We ordered a drink before our meals and finished our meals before having to stop a random server to cancel our drink order.

Maybe it was not a great night for them, but like I said the food and drinks were amazing once we had them. We will be back, but will definitely come without our child next time.

Food was good! Fries were a little undercooked for my liking. But flavor was great. Burger was great! Our server was very friendly and helpful. With me not being from the state, I would like to see more information on beer choices besides a chalk board.

We had a large party tonight with a bachelor/Bachelorette party in one of the private rooms.
Our server, Jasmine was friendly, prompt, and attentive to all of our many orders tonight, and kept up with all of our craziness in the midst of taking care of the entire public section of the bar, not associated with us, as well.

We dined in the bar and the bar experience was excellent. The bartender was excellent and fun. The drinks menu was very good, between the group we pretty much had every option.

My friends food he said was excellent. I had the spicy PB&J burger. The only gripe I had was the bun was a little stale. If that bun had been fresh it would have gotten 5 stars.

Overall, great experience and great food. Good drinks and a fun environment. Would highly recommend.

We come to the Juice Box often! Jasmine knows us by name and immediately starts making our drinks. The Juice Box is a hidden speakeasy that many don’t know exists in the back of Proof. The environment is SO cozy and laid back - tv’s with sports playing, comfy seating, karaoke rooms you can rent, good music… We prefer this side over the actual restaurant side. Between the environment, food and drinks - it’s our go-to place in West Pasco!! PS My favorite drink in the Tri’s is here - La Palleta plus the animal fries (only available back here) and the pork belly tacos…. ?

We absolutely LOVE coming in to the back section- Juice Box! The ladies in there are phenomenal (Jasmine, Jess & Jen). This has become our “go to” spot for a quick bite or drink, various work meetings, or an evening out. They even have a private back back room you can rent for events with karaoke! If you haven’t been in here, do it! You won’t regret it. Drink recommendation: La Palleta. Food recommendation: pork belly tacos, animal fries, the hangover.
