We didn't have a great experience before but saw they were under new management as Asian Garden so wanted to give it a shot.Floor, menus and signage on tables were all sticky.Shrimp in the tempura was completely raw. Chicken Katsu was cooked to death and I could not bite through it.The worst bite that stopped us from finishing our meal: the California Roll was WARM.The lady was nice, but she did have to check what we ordered even though she wrote it down.

I don’t like saying anything against small businesses, But I’ve come here two different times and I was treated completely different both times. Once I came with my friend, we are Both Young, we were treated very nicely they even gave us an extra plate on them Because they said we were very nice and pretty. But I came with my family, And was completely ignored. We sat down, and we waited for more than 30 minutes and never got taken care of, I don’t know if it’s because they’re having a bad day but we ended up leaving, but it was slower that day than it was with my friend. Very disappointed

Best spare ribs in tri cities! They're larger than anywhere else we've been so it doesn't feel like you're buying just the bone. The sushi bar is in a separate designated kitchen area which I really appreciate for cleanliness reason and consuming raw fish. The crush roll is delightful. I've had multiple different items on the me u and enjoyed everything except the green hot tea. Wish they had a different blend, theirs is a bit on the grassy side for me.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or curb edges into restaurant. Wide entry.

My husband and I come here everytime we visit tri cities, however, this time the service was lacking way too much. There was no friendly customer service and the waitress gave us the wrong bill that was a $80 bill that was not ours. Seeing our food you could clearly see we had the wrong bill and she dropped it off anyway. We waited for about 15 minutes for her to finally come over after ignoring us to go smoke outside. It felt like she was purposefully ignoring us and waiting on her 2 bigger tables.My husband finally had to go up and let her know our bill was wrong. Worst service we've had. Probably won't be coming back sadly.

Great staff! Had a large party and no reservation, the manager immediately started setting up a place for us to sit. She personally waited on us and chatted throughout. An amazing staff with delicious and large portions!
