I was close to the area and decided to stop by. I was greeted by this amazing barista she had pink hair and she was super friendly! She recommended the rocket with an extra shot and it was so delicious! She made my experience good and I will definitely be coming back!

Don’t go inside to beat the long drive thru line because you’ll have to wait for them to serve everyone else in the drive thru first. Took my order as soon as I walked in and had to wait over 10 minutes for 2 drinks. Mind you 4 people were working..

Stopped by 9/25 at around 2pm and got off thinking it would be a much quicker service; all I needed was an iced water. The only girl working here did not acknowledge me whatsoever. Nearly ten minutes passed and I had to be the one to ask her if she was going to take my order or get through all the drive through first. All she said was “yeah.” Stop by at Dutch bros instead, way quicker and friendlier service.

rude staff whent inside to order stood there for like 5 minutes was ignore whent to use the drive tried telling the girl i have some feed back blew me off said she didnt care i tried calling the suppose coorporate office its been 3 days since i left a message never got a call back now i know why there coffe cards are at costco shitty service requires them to discount there product
I had a cold brew and drank it inside the establishment. Quick service, nice air conditioned building and comfy chairs to sit on. Bathrooms were clean and stocked but you do need to ask for a code to use them.

The drive through was very busy, so I went inside to order my drink. The lobby was empty and I was the second one in line. I ordered the peanut butter latte iced, and I ended up having to wait for over twenty minutes for the one drink, and there were three people working at the time. I realize that the drive threw was super busy, but for someone in the lobby to wait twenty minutes for one drink is absolutely ridiculous. I even went up and asked what the status of my drink was, and they said they were working on it. But there was no one working on it because they were all busy with the drive thru. The drink was okay, but not as good as a twenty minute wait should be. I will definitely not be back.

I do love the madhatter drinks here. I am frustrated though as every time I order for pickup, they don't make the drink until I arrive. Often also working on drinks from drive thru so I'm sitting for 5-10 min waiting for a drink that should've been ready on arrival. That is the point of me ordering pickup. If I wanted to sit around and wait for a drink, I'd order in store. Thank you.

I love the staff here. They are so customer friendly in a more authentic way than some other coffee places. At this particular location, they know my elderly dad by his phone number, which I always use to apply my purchase credits to. He is a stahe 4 cancer survivor who has been in remission for 4.5 years now. He visits them for coffee almost every day and sometimes more than once. He loves that they treat him special and will listen to his stories. They are so gracious with him and treat him with a lot of love and respect...it truly makes his experience very rewarding. This started back when this shop was Roasters...and has continued even now with the team at Wake Up Call. ❤️
