I was left feeling extremely uncomfortable while trying to order a coffee by a specific barista. I believe her name is Bella. I go to the coffee shop nearly everyday and the last few times I was left to feel unwelcome and like an annoyance. Previously there had been issues with how I was ordering my coffee so I asked for clarification because I want to make it easy for everyone involved. Especially the team at Wake Up Call because I know they get really busy. The next day, right in front of me. Bella tells a coworker to make sure she charges me correctly because the person the day before didn't. I leaned out of my car and asked her what she meant. She ignored me and I had to ask again. I have no issue with paying the "correct amount" but would have appreciated that conversation directed at me. Since that incident if I go while she's on staff, I don't get the quality of service nor am I made to feel like my patronage is appreciated.

Taylor and Vic are my favorite baristas. They had a huge line with me in the middle and I got they in less than 3 minutes. And love love the French toast muffin tops. Way to go Wake Up Call on your choice of bakery.

The barista at the window was so friendly engaged, and a little conversation was so cute, well groomed and relatable. Made a suggestion on where the popular drinks are..Service was speedy and delicious. Had the new royal crush beverage.The only criticism is the pricing .

They take forever at the drive through. They constantly are chatting way too long making so you have to wait for over 0-15 minutes for them to get through one car. I have tried several times to go through and it is always the same. Will go to a different coffee place from now on.

I go this shop everyday. Vic is the sweetest and has the best customer service. Even if I'm closer to another shop, I go out my way to come to 20th. They make the best drinks and have such an inviting atmosphere. All the baristas are amazing. 10 out of 10 I recommend.
