It’s 12noon and there is one cashier with a line of people, no condiments or dressing on the salad bar. Had to be in this area for my next job and glad I got here early enough to at least eat a piece of lettuce. Have to take my pizza on the run I’m afraid so I’m not late for my 1p. Staff working hard to please but just not enough hands unfortunately. ?

Do not eat here. When you order food and they say it will be there at a certain time it will not be. Horrible customer service. Was taking a personal call in the background when I was on the phone trying to find out when my pizza would be arriving. Update: after 90 mins of waiting my pizza showed up only to be the wrong pizza. Come on guys the job is not hard and you make damn good money to do that job!!! 3 hours to receive the correct pizza. Come on and do better Round Table!!!!

So disappointing how downhill this location had become. First impression walking to front door is dirty, gum covered sidewalk, building that desperately needs pressure washed, front door dirty and that’s just before you walk in. Inside wasn’t much cleaner and staff looked miserable. When you go in the dining a sit, just look up. The ceiling tiles are thick with dirt and dust. I don’t think they do anything but surface clean here ?Pizza is still great but will limit ourselves to delivery only. So sad, this place just needs someone to care about it’s maintenance and give this place some love and TLC.

My sons basketball team had a pizza party so I ordered our food in advance and it was supposed to be ready when we got there or very soon after. After about 30 minutes of waiting and a few other families that ordered when they arrived and had already had their food and we still did not, my husband went to check and instead of bringing it to our table like they do and had for everyone (that's the reason they gave us a number) they had boxes it up and just had it sitting on the counter--- not the end of the world but was a little frustrating. The lady at the counter was nice but got very flustered very quickly as more people arrived. I love round table pizza but wish I had been able to eat it as soon as it was ready instead of it sitting in the box on the counter for over 30 mins.

The world's slowest most expensive pizza. Nothing like waiting over an hour for a single medium pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. Sub-par customer service at the counter as well. Hard to justify those prices with this experience. Not likely to be back.

Salad bar was out for 45 minutes so we got our pizza garlic twist before we even got any salad. The guy delivering the pizza didn’t have any gloves on and for one reason or another couldn’t fill the toppings in the bar. When she came out to fill them she topped stuff off before she took care of the empty containers. ? just poor management or staff or whatever really horrible service.

As much as I love the pizza here. They have been taking too long lately. Both in the pasco and Richland locations. Great food yes but you’ll be starving and upset from the weight times. I hope they fix it.
We stopped by after a night out of Christmas light sightseeing with our 5 year old grandson and 6 year old nephew, one hour prior to closing time, which we all know can be the worst time . Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was top notch!! Tim was phenomenal along with the rest of the crew including the cook!! They were all friendly, attentive, respectful & they all wished us a wonderful evening as we left. These People definitely need recognition for being exceptional!! Thank You for the wonderful experience!
